| At present,with the increasing demand of the domestic hazardous chemical packaging industry,hazardous chemical manufacturers had also put forward higher requirements for the automatic packaging equipment of materials,especially for the packaging equipment in the packaging barrel encapsulation technology was more urgent.The main reason was that,with the expansion of the use of barrel packaging,the demand for packaging barrel packaging gradually increased,and the front end of the packaging equipment barrel filling packaging technology was more advanced,the level of automation was also improved.Under the condition that the output of barrel packaging was greatly increased,thus increasing the number of barrel packaging workers in the same workshop and increasing the labor intensity of individual workers,there were often manual operations can not keep up with the production rhythm of barrel packaging production equipment running at high speed,but lead to low overall production line efficiency.And a large number of manual operations will also increase the safety risks in the production process.Therefore,in order to improve the technical level of unmanned packaging barrel encapsulation and increase the labor productivity,this paper designs an automatic Tightening Barrel hoop device applicable to the packaging barrel encapsulation of powdered hazardous chemicals.The specific research contents were as follows:(1)The key device of the packaging system for powdered hazardous chemicals was the automatic covering barrel lid and tightening barrel hoop as the research object.,the design requirements of covering barrel lid and tightening barrel hoop were clarified through the analysis of packaging barrel encapsulation link in the packaging of powdered hazardous chemicals at domestic and foreign.(2)The design of the tightening barrel hoop device was carried out.According to the working requirements of the barrel closing device,the process flow of supplying and feeding the barrel lid,covering barrel lid,supplying and feeding the barrel hoop,positioning the barrel hoop and tightening the barrel hoop was formulated,and the device function was decomposed into several sub-functional modules,and multiple solutions meeting the conditions were designed according to the requirements of each sub-function,and each solution was evaluated and the optimized solution is selected to obtain the overall design plan of the device.(3)Using the principle of function mapping,according to the design scheme,the structural design of key mechanisms such as the roller conveyor mechanism,supplying and feeding mechanism,covering barrel lid mechanism,supplying and feeding mechanism,the hoop positioning and tightening mechanism,etc.in the tightening barrel hoop device is carried out,and the 3D modeling of each key mechanism was completed by using SolidWorks 3D software.(4)The finite element analysis method was used to analyze the statics of the barrel hoop to verify the feasibility of the barrel hoop supply in the barrel hoop supply mechanism.The modal analysis of the frame in the mechanism was carried out to obtain its natural frequency and mode shape to ensure that the mechanism had safe,reliable and stable working performance.(5)Under the production environment of hazardous chemical products,the safety protection design of the whole device was carried out according to the analysis of unsafe factors to ensure the safety of the production equipment.As can be seen from the above,this design could be concluded after analysis that this device can meet the technical requirements of automatic tightening barrel hoop collection. |
