Rice bran oil is a nutritious and healthy oil,its fatty acid composition is reasonable,the proportion of various fatty acids is close to the human dietary recommendation standard,and rich in a variety of bioactive substances.Degumming of rice bran oleic acid method and alkali refining deacidification are the common rice bran oil refining methods,but this traditional method will produce a large amount of industrial wastewater and cause a large loss of active substances.As one of the hot spots in the field of oil refining in recent years,adsorption refining has the advantages of no waste water,low energy consumption and refining consumption,therefore,this study takes the leaching of rice bran oil as the research object,and intends to research and develop a suction and refining technology suitable for rice bran oil,the specific research is as follows:1.Using silica gel as degumming agent,supplemented by citric acid,the effects of degumming conditions(degumming agent addition,citric acid addition,degumming time and degumming temperature)on the degumming rate of rice bran oil were studied.With the degumming rate as the index,the orthogonal test optimization degumming process was used to determine and analyze the physical and chemical indexes and fatty acid composition of the traditional acid degumming and adsorption degumming rice bran oil.The best process for adsorption and degumming of rice bran oil was: silica gel addition amount of 6%,processing time 30 min,degumming temperature of 50 °C,citric acid addition amount of 0.20%,under this condition,the degumming rate of rice bran oil was 82.26%.The yield of adsorption degumming grease is more than 96%,the retention rate of sterol tocopherol is more than 80%,and the retention rate of oryzanol is more than 97%,all of which are better than traditional acid degumming.2.Combine extraction deacidification and adsorption deacidification,first extract with 95% ethanol to remove most of the free fatty acids in rice bran oil,and then use alkaline cellulose as deacidifier to study the effect of adsorption deacidification process conditions(adsorbent addition amount,deacidification temperature and deacidification time)on the deacidification rate of rice bran.The process conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiments,and the best scheme was as follows: deacidification agent addition amount of 3.0%,deacidification temperature of 45°C and deacidification time of 2 h,under this condition,the deacidification rate was 83.18%.The yield of adsorption deacidified oil is more than 97%,the retention rate of sterol tocopherol is more than70%,and the retention rate of oryzanol is more than 73%,all of which are better than the traditional alkali refining and deacidification.3.Using laboratory leached rice bran oil as raw material to conduct research on low-temperature refining technology.The results show that the oil yield of lowtemperature physical refining is 77.39%,the quality reaches the three-stage leaching oil standard,the total phenol retention rate is 58.29%,and the total sterol retention is58.29%.The rate was 74.2%,and the retention rate of oryzanol was 74.23%.
