| With the continuous development of modern industry and the rapid progress of modern society,people’s demand and consumption of oil are also gradually increasing.Meanwhile,due to the gradual exhaustion of light oil resources,the exploitation and processing of heavy oil resources become increasingly important.In addition,macromolecular substances such as colloids,asphaltenes and waxes are abundant in heavy oil,which increases the cost of exploitation and transportation of heavy oil with high viscosity and low flow characteristics.In this paper,the transportation of Liaohe heavy oil with good fluidity maintained by heating is taken as the research object.Second in polymerization temperature is 80 ℃,polymerization time of 5 h,for all the dosage of initiator AIBN under the condition of 1%of the sum of the quality,the free radical solution polymerization to the preparation of three kinds of ternary oil soluble comb polymer drop goo 1,2,3(octadecyl methacrylate-styrene-acrylamide/fumaric acid/maleic anhydride).Finally,the optimal monomer ratio of comb polymer 1(octyl methacrylate: styrene: acrylamide = 9.0:1.5:0.3)and ODA modified graphene,through solution blending method to prepare nano viscosity reducer graphene based comb polymer.When the mass ratio of ODA to graphene was 1.0:5.0,and the mass ratio of ODA modified graphene to comb-like polymer 1 was 1.0:1.0,the viscosity of Liaohe heavy oil was reduced to the minimum value when the amount of viscosity reduction agent of graphene comb-like polymer was 400 PPM,and the viscosity reduction rate was 95.71%.The net viscosity reduction rate is 80.03%.Compared with the commonly used commercial viscosity reducer EVA,the net viscosity reduction rate increased by 25.21% and the wax precipitation point decreased by 11.1 ℃.The results of FT-IR,contact angle,dispersion stability,SEM and TGA tests showed that the prepared graphene-based comb polymer had good oleophilic properties,dispersion stability,viscosity reduction and thermal stability.In conclusion,compared with the commonly used commercial viscosity reducer EVA,the graphene-based comb-like polymer viscosity reducer prepared in this paper has good performance in viscosity reduction of heavy oil.The composite method of comb polymer and graphene can not only significantly reduce the viscosity of Liaohe heavy oil and improve its fluidity,but also has the advantages of less amount of chemical viscosity reducer,simple operation and no post-treatment. |
