| Emulsion is formed when crude oil is sheared during transportation,which increases transportation difficulty.Magnetic treatment can reduce emulsion viscosity and improve its flowability in pipelines.It is of great significance to explore the relationship between emulsion viscosity and magnetic treatment conditions.The viscosity and microscopic characteristics of the emulsion are explored through magnetic treatment experiment,microscopic observation and interface experiment.The reasons for viscosity reduction of the magnetic treatment emulsion are analyzed.A static permanent magnet device is developed.The device is composed of permanent magnet,stainless steel material and water bath.The maximum magnetic field intensity is 200 m T.The self-developed static electromagnetic device is composed of variable frequency power supply,magnetic processor and temperature control system.The magnetic field intensity range is 0~120 m T and the magnetic field frequency range is 40~500 Hz.According to the requirements of magnetic treatment experiment,the closed water bath is designed.The experimental study on permanent magnetic treatment shows that the viscosity reduction effect is the best when the magnetic treatment time of emulsion is 10 min.The viscosity reduction rate of emulsion is the highest at the wax precipitation point when the magnetic field intensity is 200 m T.The electromagnetic treatment experiment shows that the viscosity of the emulsion decreases after magnetic treatment below the wax precipitation point.The viscosity reduction rate is the highest when the magnetic field frequency is 40 Hz.The higher the magnetic field frequency,the greater the viscosity of the emulsion.The viscosity of emulsion is highly correlated with the average particle size and interfacial tension.The microscopic observation and interface experiment of magnetic treatment show that magnetic treatment can increase the droplet diameter,reduce the interfacial tension,and then reduce the viscosity of emulsion under the condition of highstrength permanent magnetic field.The interfacial tension and emulsion viscosity increase with the magnetic field frequency under the condition of electromagnetic field.Electromagnetic field affects the viscosity of emulsion by changing the interfacial tension between oil and water. |
