| The annular crude oil transportation pipeline network in Xinjiang Oilfield has been maturely constructed.There are many crude oil transfer points under its jurisdiction,and the density of different crude oil varies greatly,which determines the unit price of crude oil.At the same time,the sales settlement methods of downstream refineries are different.Some refineries use front-end settlement methods for specific pipelines,that is,the settlement is based on the density of oil products leaving the crude oil processing station;Therefore,it is possible to consider using the deployment function of the pipeline network and oil depot to improve the quality of oil sold.According to the construction data of crude oil pipeline network in Xinjiang Oilfield obtained by investigation,after simplifying the actual problems to a certain extent,without considering the specific oil transportation process of each pipeline,the objective function is to take the maximum total sales revenue of oil products as the objective function,and the output of each oil delivery point is calculated as the objective function.Oil flow direction and flow rate are the decision variables,and the oil product dispatch model of Xinjiang oilfield crude oil pipeline network is established.Under the Julia language environment,the IPOPT solver is used to solve the established nonlinear programming model.In order to facilitate the use of the relevant dispatching planners,the oil product dispatching software for the crude oil pipeline network in Xinjiang Oilfield is made.Just enter the estimated oil production data of each oil delivery point and other related data of pipelines and refineries,and then output the suggested flow,flow direction and estimated sales revenue of oil production at each oil delivery point,and give a suggested transportation plan to improve the Overall oilfield revenue.Based on the actual production data of Xinjiang Oilfield in previous years,the analysis of the dispatching and transportation plan was carried out.The results showed that the model can give the suggested flow direction and flow rate of oil production at each oil delivery point,improve the overall oil production quality of the oilfield,and improve the overall sales efficiency. |
