Research On Financial Informatization Optimization Of Company A Based On SAP System

Entering the first year of the 14 th five-year plan,the economic development in the new period puts forward higher requirements for state-owned enterprises.The development of new generation information technologies such as mobile Internet,cloud computing,Internet of things,big data and artificial intelligence has created new economic growth points.The 14 th five-year plan and the outline of the long-term objectives of the 2035 plan all propose to accelerate the digital upgrading of state-owned enterprises.Large petroleum enterprises that have a great impact on the national economy take the lead in making corresponding strategic planning to comply with the development trend of integration and standardization of financial information system in the future.However,the changes of internal and external environment in the new era challenge the development strategy and management ability of enterprises,and also put forward higher requirements for the quality of financial information.In the process of digital transformation and upgrading,it is difficult to avoid facing many risks.This article takes a state-owned oil company A as the research subject,takes the optimization construction of financial information system based on its SAP system as the research content,comprehensively uses literature research method,case analysis and other research methods,introduces the research status at home and abroad,analyzes the process,current situation and development of financial information construction of company A by using accounting information system theory,enterprise resource planning theory and coordination theory,and combined with the specific case situation of company A.In view of the existing problems of the company,this article optimizes and analyzes the company’s financial information system by integrating system modules,unifying data structure and standardizing business processes,and puts forward six corresponding preventive countermeasures to ensure the implementation effect.Finally,the research conclusion is drawn: the optimization of financial informatization of company A is necessary.Through the upgrading and optimization of information system,system integration,process standardization,internal control strengthening and management level improvement can be realized.In order to ensure the implementation effect,risk prevention should also be carried out in the aspects of top-level design,resource allocation,data security,human training,system supervision,performance appraisal and so on.
