With the change in China’s economic growth mode and the acceleration of ecological civilization construction in the new era,energy-saving and consumption reduction policies such as "dual carbon" and "dual control" are constantly being implemented,which is both pressure and driving force for the transformation and development of traditional resource-based enterprises.This article combines the actual situation of HY Group,starting from the perspective of strategic matching fit evaluation,and uses methods such as SWOT-AHP analysis and SWOT coordinate method to quantitatively evaluate the direction of enterprise transformation.At the same time,drawing on relevant experience,it proposes countermeasures to promote the effective strategic transformation of the group.The main content and conclusions include:Firstly,analyze the current development status of HY Group.Based on the perspective of strategic fit evaluation and Delphi method method,this paper establishes and analyzes the strategic fit framework model of HY Group from two dimensions of resources and capabilities.The results indicate that the strategic matching value is greater than 1,and the existing strategic demand of HY Group is greater than the supply of enterprise resources and capabilities.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the supply of resources and capabilities.Considering the difficulties faced by the group’s traditional resource-based industries,in order to achieve supply-demand balance,strategic transformation is necessary.Secondly,a multidimensional analysis was conducted on the influencing factors of HY Group’s strategic transformation.By consulting enterprise experts,conducting on-site visits,and consulting enterprise development planning materials,the SWOT analysis method was used to analyze the influencing factors and identify the strategic influencing factors of the enterprise in four aspects: opportunities,threats,strengths,and weaknesses.Once again,the strategic transformation effectiveness of HY Group was quantitatively evaluated.Using SWOT-AHP analysis method,constructing IFE matrix and EFE matrix,using SPSSAU online data analysis software,and using Analytic Hierarchy Process to calculate the weights of various influencing factors,the strategic intensity,strategic strength,types and attitudes of strategic transformation of HY Group were analyzed.The results indicate that the transformation type of HY Group belongs to the opportunity type,and its external opportunities have a decisive impact on the transformation and development of the enterprise.The strategic intensity coefficient is greater than 0.5,and a positive strategic attitude and pioneering model should be adopted,that is,to seize external opportunities as much as possible,avoid their own disadvantages,boldly develop new industries,and achieve leapfrog transformation.Finally,based on the successful transformation experience of resource-based enterprises and cities,and the development reality of HY Group,suggestions and measures for strategic transformation were proposed.
