Through the detection of exhaled breath,a variety of respiratory tract related diseases can be quickly determined,which will be of great significance to the diagnosis and prevention of human health.The most important thing is that the detection of respiratory breath is a non-invasive means,with almost no harm to the human body,which is very critical.And to do this step,the key is the exhaled effluent collection device.In view of this,from the three-dimensional structure of silver nanowires,by adding SA,PVA and PEGDA molecular hydrogel formed by the freezing of aerogel substrate water absorption capacity and structural stability are different,through a series of experiments,found that the water absorption of AgNWs-PEGDA aerogel substrate and structural stability is very strong,can quickly absorb water vapor while maintaining its structural stability.From the perspective of biology and medicine,the AgNWs,SA,PVA and PEGDA are used to create different silver nanowire aerogel substrate structures for the research objects,mainly carrying out the following three works:(1)The preparation method of AgNWs in this paper is improved on the traditional polyol method.The optimal conditions of reaction are determined by adjusting the amount of reaction substances,and AgNWs with length of about 4um-10 um and diameter of 40 nm-50 nm are prepared.(2)AgNWs aerogel was made by ice crystal growth method and conducted systematic parameter study.The pure silver nanowire aerolel structure was completely dispersed without water and the structure was destroyed.Therefore,SA,PVA and PEGDA molecules were introduced to make silver nanowire superwater absorption composite aerogel,and the structure was characterized.(3)Will make silver nanowire super water absorption complex aerogel base for exhaled condensate collection performance study,by comparing the structure stability is different,including AgNWs-PEGDA complex aerogel water absorption and structural stability,the success of the base of exhaled collection efficiency has a very big increase.
