The investigation and management of safety hidden dangers has always been an important link of enterprise safety management emphasized in China.Enterprises in the hidden perils in safety management work,with the help of the system,effective hidden perils in safety standards and responsibility clear hidden perils in safety management mechanism can effectively reduce or avoid accidents caused by equipment failure,improve the level of enterprise safety risk control,but the author found in the domestic enterprise practice,our country enterprise hidden perils in safety management work is also facing many problems,including hidden system,specification,lack of system equipment hidden perils in safety standards,post equipment hidden perils in safety responsibility and responsibility is not clear.In order to solve the above problems and improve the level of safety risk control of enterprises,this thesis takes J smelting enterprise as an example to establish a standard knowledge base for the investigation of safety hidden dangers of enterprise post equipment.First of all,based on the principle of security risk management,the failure mode and impact analysis(FMEA)identification method is adopted to conduct a systematic and comprehensive hazard identification of the enterprise equipment,and the identification results are integrated into the enterprise equipment security risk information database,and further transformed into the hidden danger detection knowledge base.In order to confirm the frequency of hidden trouble investigation,First of all,it is necessary to use Dempster-Shafer evidence theory to influence the severity of the accident consequences,the impact of the accident and the probability of the occurrence of the accident;Then,using the hierarchical analysis method analytic hierarchy process(AHP)calculate the risk caused by equipment component failure;Finally,according to the size of the risk,the frequency of hidden trouble screening is confirmed,combined with the enterprise organizational structure and job responsibilities,develop a systematic and comprehensive safety hidden trouble screening standards of enterprise post equipment,to solve the problem of unclear responsibility and responsibility of enterprise hidden trouble screening.Using information technology,based on the post equipment hidden danger screening standard knowledge base to establish the information system.The system standardizes the company’s hidden trouble investigation process,and improves the work efficiency of the enterprise hidden trouble investigation and management.Through the information system,enterprises can realize the dynamic and closed-loop monitoring and management of the equipment,and improve the level of security risk control.
