| In recent years, rivers, lakes, reservoirs and other water bodies have faced the threat of eutrophication to varying degrees. The increase of nitrogen and phosphorus is the main factor causing the eutrophication of the water body,so reducing the nitrogen and phosphorus in the water body is the fundamental measure to prevent the eutrophication of the water body.At present,plant-based ecological restoration technologies are widely used in the treatment of eutrophic water bodies due to their low cost,no pollution, and simple maintenance.Chlorophyll content is one of the indicators for monitoring eutrophication of lakes and rivers, and its concentration can directly reflect the quantity of algae and water quality in water. The water environment monitoring data required in this paper include 11 water quality indexes, including physical and chemical indexes(water temperature, dissolved oxygen(DO),PH,electrical conductivity, turbidity, transparency, chlorophyll content)and nutrient salt indexes(ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus). This experiment compares the removal efficiency of nitrogen, phosphorus and pollutants in eutrophic water body by different single plants, synergistic effects of different plants and synergistic effects of plants and microorganisms,it was found that the plant group composed of Acorus calamus,Vallisneria angustifolia,Eichhornia crassipes and Myriophyllum japonicum has a high remediation effect on eutrophic water bodies, and it can further improve the remediation effect after cooperating with microorganisms, and provides a reference for ecological restoration of eutrophic water body. |
