The coupling and coordinated development between socio-economic and ecological environment has always been the hot spot and core of sustainable development research,and its sustainable development requires that regional socio-economic development and ecological environmental protection can promote each other to achieve high-quality coupling and coordinated development of socio-economic and ecological environment.Based on the socio-economic and ecological environment data of 2000,2005,2010,2015 and 2020,this study constructs county-scale and grid-scale evaluation index systems,and uses the coupling coordination model,exploratory spatial data analysis(ESDA)model,principal component analysis method and geographically weighted regression(GWR)model to explore the temporal sequence change law and spatial evolution law of the coupling and coordination of socio-economic and ecological environment.Finally,the driving force affecting the coupling and coordinated development and change of socio-economic and ecological environment in Hanyuan County was clarified.The research results can scientifically reveal the internal relationship between the coupling and coordination of social economy and ecological environment in Hanyuan County,so as to strengthen ecological environmental protection,vigorously promote the construction of Hanyuan ecological civilization,comprehensively improve the spatial governance capacity and efficiency of Hanyuan County,accelerate the transformation of Hanyuan County’s industrial structure and consolidate the achievements of rural revitalization,and provide important theoretical support and guiding significance.The main findings are as follows:(1)From 2000 to 2020,the coupling degree,comprehensive evaluation index and coupling coordination degree of the socio-economic and ecological environment systems at the county scale and grid scale in Hanyuan County were relatively consistent,and the level of coupling and coordinated development of the two systems continued to improve.At the county scale,the coupling degree of socio-economic and ecological environment systems in Hanyuan County from 2000 to 2020 was between 0.9586-0.9992,both of which were in a high-level coupling stage;the socio-economic system index,ecological environment system index and comprehensive development index of Hanyuan County were 0.0628-0.4883,0.1128-0.3943 and 0.0877-0.4198,respectively,which were basically at a low level and showed a continuous growth trend.The coupling coordination degree is between 0.2901-0.6544,showing a steadily increasing development state,the coupling coordination type develops from moderate imbalance decline to primary coupling coordination,and the coupling coordination degree of socio-economic and ecological environment gradually improves.At the grid scale,the average coupling degree between the socio-economic and ecological environment systems in Hanyuan County from 2000 to 2020 was between 0.9873-0.9909,both of which were high-level coupling types;the average comprehensive development index was between 0.2492-0.2592,which was at a low level,and the overall growth trend was slow;the average coupling coordination degree was between 0.4963-0.5052,and the coupling coordination type was mainly barely coupled coordination,and its index showed a steady upward trend.(2)The coupling degree,comprehensive evaluation index and coupling coordination degree of the socio-economic and ecological environment systems in Hanyuan County showed a significant positive correlation in spatial agglomeration and small fluctuation trend.In the global autocorrelation analysis of the spatial agglomeration of socio-economic and ecological environment coupling coordination in Hanyuan County,the coupling degree,comprehensive evaluation index and global Moran’s I index of coupling coordination degree were all positive,that is,there were significant spatial positive correlation characteristics in the coupling degree,comprehensive evaluation index and coupling coordination degree of socio-economic and ecological environment systems in Hanyuan County,and the three indices showed a small fluctuation trend up and down.In addition to the decrease of the agglomeration effect of coupling degree,the agglomeration trend of comprehensive evaluation index and coupling coordination degree is increasing,and the change trend is relatively consistent.In the local autocorrelation analysis of spatial agglomeration of socioeconomic and ecological environment coupling coordination degree in Hanyuan County,there was a significant local spatial autocorrelation relationship between coupling degree,comprehensive evaluation index and coupling coordination degree.In terms of spatial distribution,the hot spots and sub-hotspots with coupling degree,comprehensive evaluation index and coupling coordination degree from 2000 to 2020 were mainly distributed in the mountainous areas around the county,except for the sporadic distribution of coupling degree,the comprehensive evaluation index and coupling coordination degree were more concentrated.The cold spot area and sub-cold spot area of the three indices were mainly distributed along the valleys of Liusha River and Dadu River.In terms of time change,the coupling degree only existed in the hot spot area in 2020,and the number of grids in the subhotspot area was the largest in 2020,and the number of grids in the cold spot area and the sub-cold spot area showed "U" change.The number of grids in the cold spot area,sub-cold spot,hot spot area and sub-hot spot area of the comprehensive evaluation index and coupling coordination degree showed an inverted "U" change.(3)In the analysis of the response effect of the coupling and coordinated change of socio-economic and ecological environment in Hanyuan County,the level of socioeconomic development is the main driving force for the coupling and coordination of socioeconomic and ecological environment in Hanyuan County.At the county scale,according to the principal component analysis method,the effects of one dominant driving force of economic development level,social development level and one secondary driving force of agricultural development level and environmental protection intensity on the coupling and coordination degree of socio-economic and ecological environment at the county scale of Hanyuan County were obtained.At the grid scale,the GWR regression coefficients were small,the regression coefficients of average land GDP and farmland production potential were positive,and the regression coefficients of human activity intensity,land use carbon emissions and soil erosion intensity were negative.After the spatial visualization analysis of the explanatory variables,the standard deviation method was used to transform the GWR regression coefficients,and in terms of spatial distribution,the standardized regression coefficients of the five indicators of average land GDP,human activity intensity,land use carbon emissions,farmland production potential and soil erosion intensity basically increased gradually from the county center to the northwest,southwest and southeast,that is,the positive correlation between the average land GDP and farmland production potential on the coupling and coordinated development of the socio-economic and ecological environment systems gradually decreased,while the intensity of human activities,The negative correlation between land use carbon emissions and soil erosion intensity on the coupling and coordinated development of socio-economic and ecological environment systems gradually weakened.(4)The coupling and coordination study of socio-economic and ecological environment in Hanyuan County provides preliminary theoretical preparation for the preparation of land space ecological restoration planning,the balance of cultivated land access,and land use development and protection,while the grid scale can provide point selection for the implementation of specific landscape forest and lake grass restoration projects.Although the coupling and coordination between the socio-economic and ecological environment systems in Hanyuan County continue to improve and develop well,efforts are still needed to optimize the industrial structure,with a focus on developing an agricultural industry development system led by characteristic fruit and vegetable planting and processing,as well as health tourism.The second is to carry out the management of mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes,and grasslands,and strengthen the ecological maintenance of mines.Thirdly,strengthen the improvement of rural living environment and prevent agricultural non-point source pollution.The fourth is to strengthen environmental protection publicity and education,and strictly implement the environmental impact assessment system.
