Hydrogels,with good water absorption and water retention,is widely used in the protection of environmental biomedicine,intelligent materials and other fields.In recent years,in the fields of drug release research,the drug loaded hydrogels with environmental intelligent response have attracted wide attention and application.The supramolecular hydrogels prepared by self-assembly method is not only simple and green,but also has stability and self-healing properties to meet the needs of the biomedical field.Based on the characteristics of supramolecular hydrogels,this thesis prepared two kinds of drug loaded cyclodextrin hydrogels.On the one hand,doxoramycin(DOX)drug molecules loaded FA-F127/CM-CD targeted supramolecular hydrogels were prepared by using carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin,Pluronic F127 grafted folic acid esterification derivatives and α-cyclodextrin via physical cross-linking,which exhibited temperature responsive and p H responsive to control release the DOX.On the other hand,DOX loaded HA-F127/SS-CD supramolecular hydrogels was fabricated through the disulfide β-cyclodextrin derivatives,the esterification product of Pluronic F127 grafted hyaluronic acid,and α-cyclodextrin designed by simple physical heating and stirring,which showed the reduction responsive upon the addition of glutathione solution.Furthermore,the micromorphology,particle size distribution,Zeta potential and the sustained-release properties of the DOX loaded supramolecular hydrogels were systematically studied.
