| The energy consumption of my country’s steel industry is huge,especially the sintering process has problems such as high energy consumption and high pollution emissions.In the context of carbon peaks and carbon neutralization,these problems have restricted the green and low-carbon development of the steel industry.Energy-saving and emission reduction for the sintering process has become the focus of studying the steel industry.Therefore,this article focuses on the analysis of reactive dynamic analysis of solid fuel combustion characteristics during different sintering processes,compares the differences in conventional sintering and flue gas recycling sintering.The study obtains:(1)Through studying the combustion characteristics of coke and coal powder in the air atmosphere(79%N2+21%O2)and different oxygen content(20%,19%,18%),it can be seen that with the decrease of the O2 content,the fire point is lagging behind,and the severe burning area offsets the high temperature area,and the weight loss peak is reduced.When Fe2O3 participated during the combustion process,the severe combustion area narrowed,and the temperature of the embers was nearly 15K.The Fe2O3 played a combustion process and effectively shortened the fuel combustion time.(2)By analyzing the fuel combustion response rate and conversion rate of conventional atmosphere and different smoke-gas cycle atmosphere,the random hole model can accurately reflect the combustion characteristics of sintering fuel,and the correlation between the model is 0.994~1,which meets the fuel combustion behavior.(3)The calculation simulation of the conventional sintering process was found,and the normal temperature air was continuously connected in conventional sintering.The coke burning heat caused the temperature to increase,and the temperature of the material layer exceeded 1600K,and the thickness of the material layer in high temperature areas increased.(4)When the flue gas recycles sintering,the temperature of the flue gas heating from 373K to 573K,the maximum temperature of each measurement location has increased significantly,the high temperature area is widened,which promotes the complete combustion of fuel and reduces heat loss.In the article,the circulating gas temperature is the most suitable at 473K.At this time,the middle and lower layers of the ingredients can reach about 1700K,which fully meets the completion of the chemical reaction during the process.(5)When the O2 content in the flue gas decreases from 21%to 18%,the heating of the layer is significantly delayed.The closer to the bottom of the layer,the more obvious the delay performance.Since the O2 content is 18%,the increased circulating flue gas temperature brings to the combustion process is weaker than that of O2decreased to the suppression of fuel combustion.Therefore,the O2 content of flue gas circulation process should not be less than 18%. |
