Cold heading steel is medium and low carbon and high quality carbon structural steel and alloy structural steel under normal conditions.Because of its good plasticity and toughness,it is usually used in the processing process of large deformation in industrial production.Therefore,the folding and cracking phenomena on the surface of the products produced by the rolling line of SWRCH22 A cold heading steel in a wire factory are analyzed and studied.This topic is based on DEFORM finite element simulation software,through Solidworks modeling software to establish the three-dimensional model in the rolling process,and the introduction of 1/4 finite element simulation model,1~14 times of rough and middle rolling stage of finite element simulation rolling,The stress field,temperature field and velocity field in the rolling process are simulated and analyzed.Through the finite element simulation of different rolling force distribution at each pass in the rolling process,through the simulation of rolling force distribution at1010℃,1060℃,1100℃ three kinds of rolling temperatures,analyze the causes of surface defects in the rolling process,and improve the instability phenomenon in the rolling process by optimizing the height and width of the pass.The accuracy of the optimization was determined by comparing the model with the optimized data.By simulating the temperature change of the rolled parts at each pass in the finite element rolling process,the temperature change of the rolled parts at 1010℃,1060℃and 1100℃ was simulated to analyze the causes affecting the surface defects of the rolled parts,and the optimal rolling temperature was determined by the known final rolling temperature.The temperature of rolled parts at each pass calculated by the mathematical temperature model is compared with the optimized temperature field to verify the feasibility of the mathematical temperature model.By studying the deformation of rolled parts in the rolling process and the distribution of rolling speed in each pass,the causes affecting the surface defects of rolled parts were analyzed.The simulation observed the deformation of rolled parts after optimizing the speed and compared the rolling speed calculated by the principle of equal metal flow per second with the actual simulation to verify the reliability of the calculation method.The research of this thesis has a certain reference significance for the performance of the final product,the formulation of rolling schedule and the improvement of production technology in the actual production process of cold heading steel wire,and has a certain significance for improving the production efficiency of cold heading steel wire and reducing the surface defects of the product.
