| As a vital part of the urban transportation system,railway passenger transport hubs have the key responsibility of handling the gathering and evacuation of large numbers of passengers.However,with the rapid development of society and economy,China’s railway passenger traffic continues to increase,resulting in some hubs can not meet the growing demand for passenger transport,and the evacuation capacity and service quality of hubs are facing great challenges.In order to improve the operation efficiency of the hub and the satisfaction of passenger service,this paper carries out a series of studies on the setting and service level of the hub,expresses the passenger flow evacuation capacity with the help of evacuation reliability,determines the passenger flow evacuation scale setting of the hub,and evaluates the service level level of the determined hub scale based on the importance.Firstly,at the theoretical level,the definition of railway passenger transport hub is proposed,and its function and classification are discussed,and its passenger flow evacuation process and its evacuation characteristics are determined.On the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of passenger flow evacuation mode selection and the principle of hub scale setting,it is clear that the scale studied in this paper is the evacuation scale of the hub.Secondly,the definition and model of evacuation reliability are proposed,and by analyzing the location relationship of each evacuation facility in the railway passenger hub,it is divided into three parts: series,parallel and whole,and then the corresponding scale calculation model is obtained.At the same time,according to the actual land use of China’s urban development,a method for describing the service level of each evacuation facility in the railway passenger transport hub is proposed.Then,by solving the importance of various parts of the facilities in the railway passenger hub,various common importance models are compared and analyzed,and the structural importance model that is most suitable for the research in this paper is obtained.A hierarchical description method for service levels of evacuation facilities and railway passenger hubs based on structural importance is proposed.Finally,Dalian North Railway Station is used as an example to calculate the passenger flow of each evacuation method through the sharing rate of evacuation methods,so as to calculate the evacuation reliability and adjust the scale of each evacuation facility.Based on the calculation of the structural importance of each evacuation facility,the evacuation service level of Dalian North Railway Station before and after optimization was obtained. |
