| As an important energy source in China,coal mining technology has reached the world’s leading level with the development of science and technology.However,the occupational health problems of coal mine workers are becoming more and more serious,especially occupational pneumoconiosis.Although the pathogenesis of pneumoconiosis is complex and the process is slow,long-term continuous exposure to dust leads to irreversible lung injury,which is the direct cause of pneumoconiosis.Relevant studies have shown that the degree of dust hazards in the workplace is directly related to the level of exposure concentration.Therefore,it is an important means for the prevention and control of pneumoconiosis to accurately detect the dust concentration in the workplace through technical means and then formulate targeted control measures.Based on the needs of the current market,based on the research results of the existing dust detection technology,combined with the actual situation of China ’s current dust detection and the relevant standards of dust particle concentration detection,in order to ensure the safe production of coal mines,maintain the health of miners,and eliminate the hidden dangers of underground operations,a new intelligent dust collection and processing device for coal mine working face based on weighing method is proposed and designed.The overall scheme,software and hardware parts of the dust automatic detection device are designed and implemented.In the overall scheme,after analyzing its basic principles and requirements,the mechanical structure design mainly including automatic film changing module,automatic sampling module and automatic weighing module is completed.Hardware and software design includes hardware selection,hardware circuit design and software programming.Finally,through the comparison experiment with the filter membrane weighing method,the dust mass concentration detected by the filter membrane weighing method and the dust mass conversion concentration monitored by the device are calculated.The standard deviation is within 5 %,and the data are analyzed by linear regression fitting.The data fitting correlation is good,which verifies the reliability of the device.After analyzing the error and uncertainty,it is found that the weighing uncertainty of the filter membrane quality is high,and the weight of the measurement result is high.The device takes the filter membrane weighing method as the basic principle,and improves the detection accuracy of dust mass concentration by eliminating the influence of sample air moisture content on dust particle mass weighing.Through the design of mechanical structure and control system,it makes up for some shortcomings of current underground dust detection equipment,and realizes a series of automatic operations such as filter membrane replacement,sampling,weighing,mass calculation and data storage.It can realize continuous monitoring of dust concentration and has certain promotion significance for the development of dust detection technology in China.Figure [52] Table [10] Reference [83]... |
