Backhoe loader is a multi-functional mining construction machine integrating digging,walking and conveying.It can not only significantly improve the efficiency of material mining,but also ensure the safety of the mining process.It is widely used in the coal mining industry in narrow roadways.Mining and transportation of coal mines.In the actual operation process,the transportation device of the backhoe loader will be responsible for transporting the mined coal and ore materials to the rear for loading.During the transportation of materials,the transportation trough and scraper chain in the transportation device will always carry out the transportation with the materials.Contact,impact and friction,the strength and wear resistance of the transport groove will directly affect the service life and working efficiency of the backhoe loader.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the wear law of the conveying device in the process of conveying materials.In this paper,taking the scraper conveyor of ZWY-180 L type excavator as an example,starting from the discrete characteristics and mechanical properties of coal materials,using Discrete element software and Solidworks software to establish the discrete element analysis model of the transport device.The process is simulated to analyze the particle size distribution and velocity distribution of coal materials in the chute during transportation,the influencing factors of mass flow rate and the wear law of the chute.The specific work is as follows:(1)The wear mechanism of the scraper conveyor of the excavator during the operation is analyzed,and the research method of the paper is determined according to the discrete characteristics of the transported materials;the discrete element analysis model of the scraper conveyor is established in the Discrete element software,The different contact models are preliminarily described.(2)The process of material conveying by scraper conveyor was simulated,and the particle size distribution and velocity distribution of coal particles in the chute were obtained,which provided a theoretical basis for the subsequent chute wear analysis.(3)The influencing factors of mass flow rate were studied by using the Mass Flow Sensor part of the Discrete element software post-processing module,respectively from three perspectives: the speed of the scraper chain,the static friction coefficient between the coal particles and the chute,and the particle size of the coal particles.Influencing factors of mass flow rate.(4)The discrete element wear analysis model of the scraper conveyor was established,the main wear parts of the chute in the process of transporting coal materials were analyzed,and different working slopes,particle size of coal particles,and static friction between coal particles and the chute were studied.The influence of factors such as coefficient and scraper chain speed on the wear of the chute is summarized,and the wear law of the chute is summarized.The coupled simulation of Discrete element software and ANSYS is carried out to analyze the stress and deformation of the chute caused by the impact and friction of coal particles during transportation.It provides a certain reference for the structural optimization of the chute of the scraper conveyor.(5)Through the scraper conveyor in the actual production process chute wear situation and simulation analysis results are compared to further test the accuracy of simulation,and on this basis,the structure of the scraper conveyor chute is optimized,improve the wear resistance and life of the chute.The research method of this paper is based on theoretical analysis combined with CAD/CAE virtual simulation technology,and carries out simulation research on the process of material transportation by scraper conveyor of excavator and loader,which ensures the reliability of simulation results and saves laboratory costs.The time and cost required can provide a certain reference for the structural optimization and research and development of the scraper conveyor on the excavator.Figure.[37] Table [9] Ref.[84]...
