Grouting method refers to an effective method to fill the pores in the soil and the cracks in the rock soil with grout under the effect of grouting pressure,and make grout and soil or rock soil form a whole through physical and chemical reactions,so as to strengthen and prevent seepage.At present,the grouting method has been widely used in the support and repair of coal mines.However,due to the complexity of underground engineering,the grouting theory has not yet developed into an effective,scientific and perfect theory.At the same time,in the process of deep hole grouting,the development of deep and shallow fractures is different,and the width of shallow fractures is larger than that of deep fractures,and no scholars have conducted relevant research and analysis.In this case,this paper proposes a new type of segmented hollow grouting anchor cable,which is analyzed and explored by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.We analyzed the relationship between grouting pressure and grouting flow distance in inclined fractures of deep holes,and deduced the law of grouting slurry flow under the effect of seepage in inclined fractures of deep holes;Based on the numerical simulation and some basic assumptions,the model of seepage grouting in inclined fractures is established to analyze the influence of different factors on the flow of grouting slurry and grouting pressure.According to the above research and analysis,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)According to the different width of deep and shallow cracks in deep hole grouting,a new technology of sectional grouting is proposed,and a new type of sectional hollow grouting anchor cable is designed.By changing the composition of grouting anchor cable components and adding special technical devices,sectional grouting from deep to shallow and staged hole sealing of deep holes are realized,and sectional grouting is verified through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.(2)Based on the constitutive equation,mass conservation law,motion equation and Darcy theory of different fluids,according to some basic assumptions,the flow model of grout with different crack widths and the flow equation of grout with different flow patterns in inclined fractures are established,and the relationship between various factors affecting the flow range of grout and the grouting pressure and the flow radius of grout is analyzed.(3)Through COMSOL Multiphysics numerical simulation software,the laminar flow module and the fluid solid coupling module are established.Based on some basic assumptions,the model of seepage grouting in inclined fractures is established.Using the principle of control variables,the influence of different factors,such as grouting pressure,slurry viscosity and crack width,on the grout flow range and the distribution of grouting pressure and their magnitude are analyzed.Figure[40] Table[5] Reference[96]...
