| At present,the mining of thick coal seams in China generally adopts the full height mining method at one time.Large mining height coal faces are prone to local roof fall and coal wall spalling,which requires the treatment of the areas where local roof fall and coal wall spalling occur in the coal mining face.The materials and tools required for the treatment are many,large and heavy.At present,the transportation of these materials and tools mainly depends on manual handling,and the work intensity is high,Low transportation efficiency and high risk.At the same time,the occurrence of roof fall and coal wall caving may damage the equipment in the high mining height coal face.The relevant supporting equipment used in the high mining height fully mechanized coal face is characterized by large weight and volume.When the damaged equipment needs to be repaired or replaced,some of the replaced parts are heavy and bulky,and the transportation is mainly conducted by scraper conveyor with manual assistance,But using scraper conveyor to transport is tedious and may have to go through many times of transfer,and the transport efficiency is low.In view of the above problems in coal mining face transportation,this paper designs a cableway transportation equipment for large mining height coal mining face.The main work contents are as follows:This paper summarizes the research status of cableway transportation at home and abroad,summarizes the current transportation mode of large mining height coal face,and determines the overall scheme of cableway transportation equipment in large mining height coal face according to the situation of a coal mine.According to the overall scheme of cableway transportation equipment,the existing cableway transportation devices with different structures are analyzed,the structure forms of the drive mechanism,turning mechanism,tensioning mechanism and lifting mechanism of the cableway transportation equipment are designed in detail,and their working principles are described.Then,the three-dimensional models of each mechanism are established using the three-dimensional software Solid Works.According to the main parameters of cableway transportation,the selection and calculation of traction bearing steel wire rope for cableway transportation equipment are carried out.This paper analyzes the hydraulic system of Le Emulsion Pump Station,designs the drive hydraulic system and tensioning hydraulic system of cableway transportation equipment,and designs the tensioning hydraulic cylinder of tensioning hydraulic system in detail.Firstly,the stress of key parts is analyzed by theoretical calculation method,and then the static analysis of key parts is carried out by using ANSYS software through the establishment of a good three-dimensional model.The deformation cloud diagram and stress cloud diagram are obtained,and the simulation results are compared with the theoretical calculation results,which are basically consistent,proving that the structure designed in this paper can meet the requirements,and proving the reliability of the device.Figure [60] Table [7] Reference [70]... |
