With the exploration of offshore oil and gas,in order to prevent major accidents happens,to ensure safe production of offshore oil and gas has become a major concern of oil companies.Key safety devices as part of the production facilities or factories,which can prevent,control,or mitigate the occurrence of a major accident,and makes it a top priority for equipment management.At present,for the management of key safety devices,there are some problems such as grading and scoring method for the safety devices are not detailed enough and with poor practicability.This literature takes CNOOC LD operation company as a study to make the identification and management strategies of key safety devices in offshore oil and gas fields.In this literature,first make the statement of the investigation for the integrity management of equipment and facilities,identification of key safety devices and application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in key safety devices management,and the current situation of safety-critical equipment management in offshore oil and gas fields,and the existing problems of management methods and CNOOC’s key equipment.Secondly,the Delphi method is used to establish a three-level evaluation index system for safety-critical equipment,including 2 first-level indicators,7 second-level indicators and 21 third-level indicators.The index weights are calculated using the combination weighting method,and an evaluation model for key safety devices in offshore oil and gas fields is established based on the fuzzy mathematical theory.It is concluded that safety factors,environmental factors,production process stability,spare parts and maintenance costs,and labor costs are all the indicators of criticality for evaluation of equipment safety.Take LD Operation Company of CNOOC as study,to make the case study of the identification and management of key safety devices.The results showed that LD operation Company had fifteen(15)sets key safety devices like gas turbine units on offshore platforms.By new method,the evaluation was more scientific and more suitable for accurate management of key safety devices.Considering the maintenance cost of key safety devices and the dynamic risks in operation and maintenance stage,a multi-objective model of key safety devices maintenance interval was established,and Matlab,particle swarm optimization algorithm and Pareto non-dominant strategy were used to work out the results in the model.The results show that compared with the current regular maintenance interval of key safety devices in offshore platforms,the optimal maintenance interval determined in this literature can effectively optimize all objective functions into different degrees.Develop management strategies for key safety devices,including: establish the detailed list of key safety devices;build up safety management equipment performance index system;Establish the quality management procedure for key safety devices;Strengthen monitoring of key safety devices conditions.
