Flavored Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction In The Treatment Of Qi Deficiency Blood Stasis On Cervical Spondylosis Of Nerve Root Type Of Clinical Research

Objective:To observe the improvement of Jiawei Huangqi Guizhi Decoction of five ingredients on nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients clinical symptoms.Methods:Cases from 2013 12 to 2014 December Fujian Provincial People’s Hospital,Nanjing military area command Fuzhou General Hospital Department of orthopedics patients met the nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients with inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 60 cases,at the age of 30 to 60 years old.Age,used statistical methods to compare the two groups of patients with gender,there were no significant differences between the.A randomized single blind method,according to the order of admission,the single and double random grouping;will meet randomly assigned 60 patients meeting the inclusion criteria into two groups,one week before the treatment took Loxonin orally,and collect the observation index.The treatment group of 30 cases,Lesong oral therapy,60mg each time,3 times a day;and Huangqi Guizhi five soup addition and subtraction oral treatment of symptomatic,150ml each time,2 times daily,2 weeks as a course of treatment;the control group 30 cases,Lesong oral therapy,60mg each time,3 times a day;and given oral Bazhen granules,boiling water,one bag each time,2 times daily,2 weeks as a course.Before treatment and after 2 courses of treatment,after treatment VAS pain scores were collected,cervical spondylosis JOA data,Nerve root type cervical vertebra disease of TCM syndrome integral quantitative classification collection.Results:1.after two courses of treatment of two groups of pain integral value have significant difference;2.Treatment group,pain score,before and after treatment of cervical spondylosis JOA data,nerve root type cervical spondylosis of TCM Syndromes of quantitative classification of integral comparison difference has the significance difference;3.Comparison between the two groups,pain score,cervical spondylosis,JOA data of cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type of TCM Syndromes of quantitative classification of integral difference was significant(P<0.05);evaluation of 4,the total effect of the two groups of patients,the control group of Jiawei Huangqi Guizhi Decoction of five ingredients of treatment group was better than that,there are significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Safety evaluation of two kinds of drugs had no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion:By improving the patient pain and numbness,alleviate nerve function oral Jiawei Huangqi Guizhi Decoction of five ingredients to treat cervical vertebra disease,improve life quality,is worth the clinical promotion.
