Sleep apnea syndrome(Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome,SAHS)is a common clinical syndrome, but in a very long period of time is not understood by the people until the 1950s before the attention of the medical profession.Three types of sleep apnea, the most common is obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome,OSAHS).In sleep apnea caused by repeated episodes of hypoxia with recurrent(or without)elevated carbon dioxide and frequent arousals, sleep fragmentation characterized.OSAHS will lead to multi-organ body multisystem damage, and many studies have shown that OSAHS and hypertension have a strong correlation.OSAHS may cause high blood pressure is the mechanism of endothelial damage caused. After the treatment of arterial stiffness in patients with OSAHS whether this research has improved by CPAP,and observe the change with treatment duration is a relationship.Repeat breathing while using induction technology, research OSAHS basic pathophysiological changes-hypoxia,the impact of high CO2 on arterial stiffness(endothelium-dependent arterial dilation),and for OSAHS patients before and after treatment with CPAP was observed after treatment of low oxygen and high changes dioxide stimulation. The results showed that(1)improvement in arterial stiffness in patients after CPAP treatment.(2)With the increase of the treatment time and improve the amplitude becomes large.PWV values of PWV worth withstand before stimulus difference(3)OSAHS patients after CPAP treatment by high CO2 and low O2 after stimulation were not significantly different, but tended to increase.
