The Clinical Research Of Adolescent Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Insulin Resistance Treated By The Method Of Tonifying Kidney、invigorating Blood And Eliminating Phlegm With Metformin

Objective Through clinical research,observing the Clinical curative effect of adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance by the method of tonifying kidney、invigorating blood and eliminating phlegm with metformin cycle therapy and that metformin alone conventional therapy,to explore its action mechanism,analyze the correlation among some indicators,and guide the clinical medication.Methods Choosing the type of adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome patients with insulin resistance 60 cases,in gynecology clinic of the first hospital affiliated to zhe jiang university of Chinese medicine from November 2012 to November 2013.They were randomly divided into two groups:control group,30 cases and treatment group 30 cases.Control group given metformin treatment,treatment group on the basis of conventional metformin treatment combined with the traditional method of tonifying kidney、invigorating blood and eliminating phlegm.Treatment for 3 months.Statisticsing the clinical symptoms、signs and related endocrine hormone changes of the two groups before and after treatment in patients.According to the menstruation situation during the treatment period,preliminarily evaluating and comparing curative effect between the two groups.Results The control group after treatment in patients with LH,T,cholesterol,triglycerides,FINS,weight,BMI,WHR,compared with within group before treatment are statistically significant(P<0.05);The control group after treatment in patients with FSH,PRL,P,E2,FPG,,endometrial thickness,average bilateral ovarian volume compared with within group before treatment,are no statistically significant(P>0.05).Treatment group after treatment in patients with LH,T,E2,cholesterol,triglycerides,FINS,weight,BMI,WHR,endometrial thickness,and average bilateral ovarian volume compared with within group before treatment are statistically significant(P<0.05);The treatment group after treatment in patients with FSH,PRL,P and FPG compared with within group before treatment has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Control group and treatment group after treatment in patients with LH,T,E2,cholesterol,triglycerides,FINS,weight,BMI,WHR,endometrial thickness,and average volume bilateral ovaries compared between the two groups,have statistical significance(P<0.05);The control group and treatment group after treatment in patients with FSH,PRL,P and FPG compared between the two groups have no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The Clinical curative effect of adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance by the method of tonifying kidney、invigorating blood and eliminating phlegm with metformin cycle therapy is superior to metformin alone conventional treatment.Combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment of PCOS that can effectively adjust the endocrine disorder of internal environment,and the curative effect is better should become a developmental prospect of treatment.
