Objective:In order to explore the mechanism that how Curcumin protect the APE rats,Curcumin was used to intervene the rats with acute pulmonary embolism, and ERK,PI3K,AKt,NF-κB,TNT,BNP,D-Dimer were messured to evaluate the Prognosis of the APE rats.Methods:72 SD rats were divided into four groups:control, sham,APE model and curcumine group. The rats were established by self-embolism.At 6h,24h and 72h after embolism, lung tissues were collected in 6 rats of each group for pathological examination to see the changes in the lung organization, western blot to analysis the expression of ERK,PI3K,AKt and NF-κB.And immunohistochemical staining to access amounts of NF-κB positive cells.Bisides,TNT、BNP、D-Dimer were measured.Result:At 6h,24h and 72h after embolism, the levels of ERK,PI3K,AKt and NF-κB in the lung and the levels of TNT、BNP、D-Dimer in the blood are significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01 or P<0.001).But when it was intervened by Curcumin the levels of the materials refered to were declined obviously(P<0.01 or P<0.001).Conclusion:Rats after embolism, have to do with ERK,PI3K,AKt and NF-κB,the way Curcumin reduce the inflammatory reaction in the APE rats might to be that it could inhibition the express of these materials.
