A Clinical Study On "Invigorating Spleen,Nourishing Kidney And Tong Du" For Senile Osteoporosis(Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency Type)

ObjectiveUses the method of invigorating spleen,nourishing kidney and tong du+Calcium treatment of senile osteoporosis(spleen kidney Yang deficiency type),through randomized controlled clinical trial,compared with common western medicine salmon calcitonin+Calcium supplements,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type observation of senile osteoporosis patients clinical symptoms and signs before and after the treatment of Bone Density,serum Calcium,serum phosphorus,serum Alkaline Phosphatase,level and body balance The change of the index such as falling incidence and evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety,and to explore the thinking of its prevention and treatment of the disease,for clinical use.MethodsThis study adopts the method of clinical randomized controlled,adopts the principle of random grouping,would be consistent with senile osteoporosis patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome diagnostic standard,were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and the control group,the Chinese medicine group were treated by Spleen-kidney invigorating and tong du herbs and calcium D;Control group were treated by salmon calcitonin and calcium D.4 weeks for a period of treatment.Before and after treatment,evaluating the change of the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms and signs,BMD,serum Ca2+,P,AKP,body balance ability,and adverse reaction and compliance of patients.All data using SPSS21.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results①Thetotal effective rate of Chinese medicine group’s patients was 93.9%,while the controlled group was 87%.No statistical difference between two groups(P>0.05).TCM syndrome integral are markedly reduced(P<0.05),comparedwith controlled group there is statistically significant(P<0.05).②BMD:the level of BMD was elevated in both of the two groups,comparedwith controlled group there is no statistically significant(P>0.05).③Serum Ca2+,P,AKP:the level of AKP was reduced in Chinese medicine group,comparedwith controlled group there is no statistically significant(P>0.05).④Body balance ability:the score of BBS was decreased in both of the two groups,comparedwith controlled group there is no statistically significant(P>0.05).The score of TUG was decreased in Chinese medicine group,comparedwith controlled group there is statistically significant(P>0.05).ConclusionSpleen-kidney invigorating and tong du herbs+ calcium treatment of patients with senile osteoporosis can improve clinical symptoms and signs,increase bone density,the lower the level of alkaline phosphatase,improve the balance ability of the patients with senile osteoporosis,safe and effective will have broad prospect of application,deserves further research.
