Effect Of Shenze Shugan Capsule On BMI And WC Of Nonalcohlic Steatohepatitis(Blood Stasis And Dampness-haet Stagnanting Type)

Objective:Observe the effects of Shenze Shugan capsule on Waist Circumference(WC)and Body Mass Index(BMI)in patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(Blood damp heat syndrome),and analyze the diet through questionnaires.The correlation between exercise and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis in TCM syndromes and B-mode ultrasonography.Methods:42 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and observed by self-control.The course of treatment was 24 weeks,and the changes of BMI and WC before and after treatment were observed.According to the TCM syndromes and B-moderate questionnaires conducted by the patients entering into and out of the group,the correlations between diet,exercise,TCM syndromes,and ultrasound were adjusted during treatment.Results:1.Compared with before treatment,the patient’s BMI value decreased,7 cases(21.9%)were markedly effective,20 cases(62.5%)were effective,and the total effective rate was 84.4%;The BMI of patients decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient’s waist circumference was reduced.There were 9 cases(28.1%)markedly effective,17 cases(53.1%)effective,and a total effective rate of 81.2%;The patient’s WC decreased significantly and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Questionnaire results:(1)According to the results of questionnaires before and after treatment,5 patients were self-regulating diets,accounting for 15.6%of the total patients;5 patients were self-regulating exercise patients,accounting for 15.6%;4 patients were self-regulating diets and exercise,accounting for 12.5%.(2)TCM syndrome:The number of patients with TCM symptoms was 8 cases,of which,1 case was adjusted dietary patients,accounting for 12.5%;2 cases were adjusted exercise patients,accounting for 25%;2 cases were adjusted diet and adjusted exercise patients,accounting for 25%.The total number of patients with TCM symptoms was 28;among them,5 patients had adjusted diets,accounting for 17.9%;5 patients had adjusted exercise,accounting for 12.5%;4 patients had adjusted diet and exercise,accounting for 12.5%.(3)Color Super:There were 6 cases of B-healing in patients,of which,1 was adjusted diet,1 was adjusted diet,accounting for 16.7%;1 was adjusted exercise,accounting for 16.7%;2 patients were adjusted diet and adjusted exercise,accounting for 33.3%,The number of cases of B-ultrasound in patients was 6 cases,of which,1 case was adjusted dietary patients,accounting for 16.7%;1 case was adjusted exercise patients,accounting for 16.7%;1 case was adjusted diet and adjusted exercise patients,accounting for 16.7%.The total number of patients with B-ultrasound was 28 cases;among them,5 cases were adjusted dietary patients,accounting for 17.9%;5 cases were adjusted exercise patients,accounting for 12.5%;4 cases were adjusted for diet and exercise,accounting for 12.5%.Conclusion:1.Shenze Shugan Capsule can significantly reduce the BMI and WC values of patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(intracardial damp heat syndrome).2.Through the analysis of the questionnaire results,adjustments in diet and exercise may be related to the improvement of T syndrome and T syndrome in patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.
