Study On Academic Thought Of The Outstanding Doctor-wang De Guang Of Longjiang Medical School

Objective:to summarize the clinical experience of Mr.Wang Deguang,refine his academic ideas,and provide the literature basis for the development of Longjiang Medical School,which can be used to guide the clinical practice in the future.Methods:the thesis summarized Wang Lao’s clinical experience,condensed his academic thought and extracted the essence by sorting out professor Wang Deguang’s medical works,medical records and related documents.Results:by summing up Professor Wang Deguang’s academic thought and clinical experience,we discussed the characteristics of prescriptive drugs used by Wang Lao for common diseases such as spleen and stomach disease,rheumatism arthralgia disease,gynecological disease,etc.This paper summarizes Wang Lao’s experience in drug use of aconitum,aconite and Pinellia ternata,and provides a theoretical basis for Wang Lao’s clinical use of needling method.Conclusion:1 Wang Lao’s practice of medicine is based on good faith,and Wang Lao’s study of classics is noble in medical ethics.2.Wang Lao learned the Yang needling method from the "huang di nei jing",and summed up the experience of acupuncture at Yin-du point to enhance the effect of Zhongwan treatment.3.Wang Lao extended the scope of clinical treatment of GE Gen Tang.The treatment of abdominal spasmodic pain by Wang Lao has a remarkable effect on the theory of the four families of Jin and Yuan,flexible use of the method of clearing away heat and subduing,and attaching importance to nourishing yin and curing kidney essence.5.The use of toxic drugs such as aconitum and aconite,etc.,by Wang Lao has a lot of experience.It is pointed out that the method of taking Aconitum aconitum and aconite in treating rheumatism arthralgia syndrome is "one step by step,a small amount of frequent use",but a common dose instead of a large amount of decoction.The clinical diagnosis and treatment of Wang Lao was characterized by acupuncture and drug use.In case of difficult and complicated diseases,acupuncture and moxibustion were used to thwart the disease first,and then the prescriptions were used to regulate the disease.
