| Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of this method by Posterior fixation anterior minimally invasive incision surgery combined with traditional chinese medicine and conventional thoracoabdominal incision in the treatment of L1~2 vertebral tuberculosis.Observe its effectiveness and safety, improve the cure rate of the disease, alleviate the suffering of patients, provide theoretical basis for clinical application, and facilitate further popularization and application. Methods:The clinical data of 63 patients with L1~2 tuberculosis who underwent anterior-anterior combined approach debridement, fusion and internal fixation in January 2010 to December 2014 in Zhejiang Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were divided into anterior extraperitoneal minimally invasive incision group(minimally invasive incision group,31 cases)and conventional incision group(conventional group,32cases).Small incision group patients taking traditional Chinese medicine Addition and subtraction of Yanghe decoction and Buyang Huanwu decoction. The operation time, incision length, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative visual analogue score(VAS),postoperative hospital stay, recovery of nerve injury, incidence of complications, spine orthopedics,Bone fusion,ESR and C-reactive protein(CRP)were measured by SPSS 20.0 software. The measurement data were expressed as mean±standard deviation(SD)Comparison of t test, count data were compared usingχ2 test, all P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results:All the patients were followed up for more than 24 months. The operation time, blood loss, length of incision, length of hospital stay and postoperative VAS score of small incision group were all better than the traditional group, the differences were statistically significant. However, there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications, fusion between the small incision group and the traditional incision group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Posterior fixation anterior minimally invasive incision surgery combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of L1~2 vertebral tuberculosis in many ways than the traditional incision thoracoabdominal incision, with shortened operation time and surgical incision length, improve postoperative pain, accelerate postoperative The advantages of rehabilitation. |
