Clinical Study Of Qiangguyin Combined With Zoledronic Acid Sodium In Postoperative Anti-Osteoporosis Treatment In Patients With Primary Osteoporotic Hip Fractures

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of qiangguyin granule combined with zoledronic acid sodium in the treatment of osteoporosis after primary osteoporotic hip fracture.Methods: 80 cases of primary osteoporotic hip fracture were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with fracture fixation by the same group of doctors.The experimental group received qiangguyin granule + zoledronic acid sodium + alfacalcidol and calcium d from day 3 after operation.Alfacalcidol and calc d each have 1 granule per day,once a day,three months,half a month,strong bone drink for astragalus root,drynaria,Eucommia ulmoides,dipsacus,cinnamon,deerhorn frost,honeysuckle stem,suberect Spatholobus stem,etc.12 traditional Chinese medicine composition,decoction,a pair of every day,a warm suit in the morning and evening.3months for a course of treatment,a course of treatment at the end of the rest a month to enter the next course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment a year.The control group was given zoledronic acid sodium intravenously on the basis of alfacalcidol and calcium d 3 days after operation.the incidence of re-fracture,bone mineral density(BMD),vas(visual analogue scale),serum bone turnover index and SF-36 quality of life(QOL)score of L1-L4 vertebral body and healthy femoral neck were observed after 1 year.Results: Of the 80 patients,37 were treated with open reduction and dynamic hip screw fixation,38 were treated with open reduction and proximal femoral nail fixation,and 5 were treated with external fixator fixation.In the experiment,5 patients were removed,3 patients in the experimental group,2 patients did not follow the doctor’s advice,1 patient voluntarily withdrew,2 patients in the control group,all were voluntarily withdrawn,the remaining 75 patients were followed up,1 year after operation,the incidence of re-fracture in the experimental group was 5.40 %,the incidence of re-fracture in the control group was 7.89 %,by chi-square test analysis,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05);One year after operation,bone mineral density,vas score,bone turnover index,SF-36 quality of life score in experimental group were significantly different from those in control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: For primary osteoporotic hip fracture patients,the combination of qiangguyin granules and zoledronic acid sodium for anti-osteoporosis treatment,compared with the use of zoledronic acid sodium alone can not significantly reduce the incidence of fracture,but can increase the patient’s bone density,relieve pain,reduce bone turnover rate,improve the quality of life.
