Objective The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes in the intestinal flora of crohn’s disease in the hangzhou area,to demonstrate the correlation between crohn’s disease and the intestinal flora, and provide new targeting and treatment for crohn’s disease. Methods It was base on 16SrDNA sequencing technology to detect that diversity of intestinal flora of patient diagnosed with crohn’s disease and observed the correlation of intestinal flora variation in crohn’s disease patients. Results In the experimental group, there was a significant decrease in the variety of intestinal microflora and the diversity of bacteria. In the genus level, the beneficial bacteria(for example,Clostridium leptum, rothia,Lachnospiraceae, and clostridium ⅩⅣa,etc.)content in the intestinal flora of the experimental group decreased significantly, while the content of pathogenic bacteria(e.Escherichia,fusobacterium,streptococcus,salmonella,etc.)was significantly higher. In the phylumlevel,There was a significant decrease in the content of bacteroides and firmicutes in the intestinal flora, and there was a significant increase in the content of proteobacteria. At the same time, the pathogenic bacteria can seriously restrain the growth of the symbiotic bacteria and other beneficial bacteria,so as to reduce the diversity of intestinal microbial, and the overall abundance of beneficial bacteria and common symbiotic bacteria is drastically reduced, which severely damages the ecological balance of intestinal flora. Conclusion 1.The intestinal microbial species and the diversity of intestinal flora in CD patients was significant lower than healthy population.2.1n the genus level, the beneficial bacteria content in the intestinal flora of CD patients was significantly lower than that of the healthy population, while the content of pathogenic bacteria was significantly higher.3.In the phylumlevel, the content of firmicutes and bacteroides in the intestinal flora of CD patients was significantly reduced than healthy population, while the content of pathogenic bacteria was significantly higher.4.Intestinal flora pathogenic bacteria(or some completely dominant bacteria)in CD patient can seriously restrain that growth of the symbiotic bacteria and other beneficial bacteria,so as to reduce the diversity of intestinal microbial, and the overall abundance of beneficial bacteria and common symbiotic bacteria is drastically reduced, which severely damages the ecological balance of intestinal flora.
