Objective:To investigate the five-year trend of chronic HBV infection epidemiological characteristics by comparing hepatitis B s antigen(HBs Ag)prevalence, hepatitis B e antigen(HBe Ag)postive proportion and high viral load proportion among pregnant women in Shenyang between 2016 and 2010.Method:Collected in January 2016 to December of pregnant women admitted in our hospital obstetrics, all pregnant women with HBV serum marker detection,HBs Ag by quantitative chemical luminous particles immunization,HBs Ag acuity 0.05 IU/ml is positive,HBs Ag positive pregnant women according to HBV DNA quantitative method for HBV DNA detection,HBV DNA 20 IU/ml or more positiveand were compared with those between June 2010 and November 2011.Result:HBs Ag prevalence among pregnant women in 2016 was 3.08%(441/14314).Among 441 HBs Ag positive pregnant women,151(34.24%)cases were HBe Ag positive, and 112(25.40%)cases had high viral load mainly in HBe Ag positive pregnant women(98.21%,110/112).HBs Ag prevalence among pregnant women in 2010 was 5.49%(249/4536).Among 249 HBs Ag positive pregnant women,167(67.07%)cases were HBe Ag positive, and 82(40.20%)cases had high viral load only in HBe Ag positive pregnant women. There was a significant difference in HBs Ag prevalence,HBe Ag postive proportion and high viral load proportion between pregnant women in 2016 and those in 2010(χ~2=56.59,P<0.01;χ~2=69.02,P<0.01;χ~2=4.11,P<0.05,respectively),and between pregnant women in2016 and those in 2010.Conclusion:HBs Ag prevalence and had high viral loaddeclines,HBe Ag postive proportion increase proportion among pregnant womenin 2016,compared with those in 2010.
