Therapeutic Effect Of Jianpi Yishen Gujing Decoction In The Treatment Of VEGF Signaling Pathway Inhibitor Related Proteinuria

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Yishen Gujing Decoction in the treatment of proteinuria associated with inhibitors of vascular endothelial growth factor signaling pathway in patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency of malignant tumors,and to provide reliable methods,means and ways for the treatment of such diseases.Method The research into the group of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type of VEGF signaling pathway inhibitor induced proteinuria were divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group was given Jianpi Yishen Gujing decoction combined with Irbesartan Tablets treatment,control group received treatment of Irbesartan Tablets,test group and control group before and after treatment,urine routine,24 hours urine protein,renal function(creatinine and urea nitrogen)indices of Jianpi Yishen Gujing Decoction reduced the VEGF signaling pathway inhibitor related proteinuria,and to evaluate its effect on improving the patient’s quality of life,reduce the VEGF signaling pathway inhibitor reduction or withdrawal effect.According to the requirements,in case that accords with a requirement standard,collect cases of 66cases were divided into treatment group and control group according to the requirement,and evaluation of spleen and kidney essence of solid soup to reduce VEGF pathway inhibitor proteinuria,spleen and kidney essence of solid soup to improve the quality of life and reduce the dosage reduction and drug withdrawal.Results ①After treatment,the effect of treatment group on common clinical symptoms was significantly lighter than that of control group in lumbar spine cold pain,fatigue,inadequate food,feces,urine frequency,etc.(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in edema(P>0.05);the total score of symptoms in the two groups was compared before and after treatment.There was no statistical difference(P>0.05)between groups.After treatment,the total scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,and there was a significant difference(P<0.01).The total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01).②The quantity of 24-hour proteinuria in the two groups was significantly lower than that that before treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05).Control group:there was no statistical difference before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the proteinuria of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the proteinuria of the two groups was qualitative,and the proteinuria of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Control group:there was no statistical difference before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and there was a comparability between the two groups.After treatment,the proteinuria of the two groups was lower than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).③There was no significant difference in KPS score between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),and there was comparability between the two groups.The treatment group before and after treatment,there was significant statistical difference(P<0.01);the control group before and after treatment,there was statistical difference(P<0.05),after treatment,KPS score of the two groups,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of jianpi yishen gujing decoction on reducing VEGF pathway inhibitor related proteinuria is obvious,and can improve the related clinical symptoms and improve patients’functional and physical state,reduce toxic and side effects,and has a high safety.
