Objective:To adopt a comparative research method,by setting the western medicine control group toq observe,analyze and evaluate the treatment of Xiaoyao Powder combined(?)Traditional Chinese Medicine emotional intervention of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome with liver stagnation and spleen due to clinical symptoms,mental state and quality of life.in order to from the perspective of irritable bowel syndrome as psychosomatic disease,for which medical treatment method were discussed,so as to further improve the clinical curative effect evaluation index of the disease,make effective comprehensive intervention plan.Research methods:The subjects were 60 outpatients and inpatients in the department of spleen and stomach diseases,Jiangsu hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,all of which met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study.The subjects were divided into 30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group by random number table method.In the treatment group,the addition and subtraction of Xiaoyao Powder and Traditional Chinese Medicine emotional intervention were given,while in the control group,the western medicine pivavironium bromide was given and conventional health education was conducted.The course of treatment was 1 month,and the patients were observed for 1 month after withdrawal.Patients’ symptoms,mental state and quality of life were assessed on the day of treatment(1 month)and the last day after drug withdrawal(1 month).Research result:In this study,60 patients were enrolled,and no cases were shed.In the end,60 patients were included in the data analysis and the results were as follows.1.TCM symptom score:There was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).When treated at 1 month,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After stopping the drug,treatment was performed.Although the group scores rebounded,the condition was repeated,but it was still lower than the control group(P<0.05).2.Overall clinical efficacy:At the end of the treatment period,there was a statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.001).The total effective rate was 93.3%in the treatment group and 53.3%in the control group.There was a statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group at 1 month after stopping the drug(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 76.7%in the treatment group and 33.3%in the control group.It was suggested that the efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group at the end of the treatment period and one month after the withdrawal.3.The quality of life scale for irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-QOL):two groups before treatment in patients with IBS-QOL score no statistical significance(P>0.05),at the end of the treatment,the treatment group patients quality of life scale in anxiety,behavior disorders,body mind,health worry,picky,social function,behavior,interpersonal relationship in each dimension score were higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,after 1 month of withdrawal,it was lower than that after 1 month of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the scores of each dimension were still higher compared with the control group.The results indicated that the quality of life of the patients in the treatment group was significantly improved.4.Symptom Checklist 90(scl-90):before treatment,the scl-9 scale score of patients in the two groups showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).At 1 month of treatment,the scores of somatization,compulsion,anxiety,hostility,sleep and diet in the scl-90 scale of patients in the treatment group decreased compared with the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of withdrawal,the scores of somatization,anxiety,fear and sleep diet in the scl-90 scale of patients in the treatment group decreased compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with western medicine treatment alone,Xiaoyao Powder combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine psychological intervention has a more significant improvement in TCM symptoms,quality of life and mental and psychological aspects,and also has a good impact on the long-term prognosis of IBS.It can be further explained that traditional Chinese medicine combined with emotional intervention is a relatively safe and effective treatment method,which is worthy of further promotion.
