Objective:This study focuses on the changes in contemporary family structure from a family perspective.Family factors affecting the utilization of outpatient health services were explored by single factor and multivariate analysis.Outpatient use included whether to see a doctor, and the type of institution. At the same time,we will pay attention to the disadvantaged groups and study the influencing factors of the utilization of health services for the elderly, women and children in order to guide the reasonable medical treatment behaviors of different groups, and provide reference and basis for the government to effectively formulate health economic policies and optimize the allocation of health resources. Methods:This study identified the influencing factors through literature review and research purposes, and analyzed the data from the 2016 Health Service Utilization Behavior Monitoring Project.Use Excel to filter and clean up the data, use Python analysis software to match relevant data, and use Spss software for single factor and regression analysis.Descriptive statistics are used to analyze the basics of valid samples, including health-related quality of life, family economic factors, family size and structure, and accessibility of family health services, and analyzed family factors by univariate analysis, then significant factors were analyzed by multivariate regression analysis.Results:Multi-factor results showed that factors affecting residents’ visits include family size, family structure, participation in urban workers’ medical insurance, and participation in commercial medical insurance;individual factors include regional and marital status.Factors affecting the types of residents’ medical institutions include:family size, family income, the type of medical institution recently, whether to participate in the new rural cooperative medical care;individual factors have regional, anxiety or depression dimensions.Studies of different populations have found that gender factors only affect the elderly population;the age and whether there is any problem in the dimension of anxiety or depression only affects whether the women’s population has a visit; The family structure only affects the choice of the type of care facility for the elderly and children. Conclusion:Emphasis on the characteristics of people using medical services and high-demand populations, implementing precise interventions. The elderly population belongs to people with high medical and health needs, and the investment in health services for the elderly should be strengthened.Regional and urban-rural differences still exist, and the health care capacity of rural areas and primary health care institutions needs to be strengthened. It is necessary to pay attention to the mental health problems of women’s populations, and do a good job in psychological counseling and education in primary medical institutions. The contemporary family structure has undergone a corresponding change. The population with a well-structured family has a low rate of visits, while families with a lack of family structure expect to seek support from a high level of medical technology. The state and relevant scholars should pay attention to the new changes in the contemporary family structure, and seek measures to promote the utilization of residents’ health services from the family structure factors. |
