In clinical practice,because of the differences in human body and other related factors,patients have large differences in the clinical reaction after taking the same dose of drugs through the same way.The traditional methods of administration have been unable to meet people’s expectations for therapeutic effects.It is especially important to establish a method for determining the concentration of drugs in the plasma to correctly guide clinical medications,so as to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the drugs used.A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was developed and validated for 4 types of depression drugs,7 types of antitumor drugs,and butylphthalide in human plasma,which provides effective technical support for clinical detection.This article uses to analyze and determine.The main research content of this article is as follows:1 、 A new method for the simultaneous determination of olanzapine,sertraline hydrochloride,risperidone,and aripiprazole in human plasma by on-line solid-phase extraction liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed.Through condition screening optimization,the online solid-phase extraction method and HPLC analysis conditions were determined,and was used to the simultaneous determination of 4commonly used depression drugs The lower limit of quantification was 0.5 ng/mL,and the recovery rate was 90.0%~97.3%.The results show that the method is accurate,reliable and sensitive,and can be used for clinical drug monitoring.2 、 A method was developed for the simultaneous determination of the seven antineoplastics including ematini,irinotecan,cyclophosphamide,apatinib,docetaxel,paclitaxel and doxorubicin in human plasma by high-performance liquid chromatography with online solid-phase extraction technique.The conditions of extraction and purification of 7 antitumor drugs in human plasma were investigated.The limit of quantification was0.1 ng/mL~10 ng/mL,and the recovery rate was 87.2% ~ 101.8%.With good high sensitivity and good reproducibility,and was used to imultaneous determination of 7antitumor drugs.3.An optimized procedure was proposed to rapidly analyze the butylphthalide in human plasma by liquid chromatography combined with tandem mass spectrometry.
