Effect Of Centella Asiatica Preparation On Arteriovenous Fistula Stenosis And Blood TGF-β,IL-6 Expression In Hemodialysis Patients

Objective To explore the effect of applying compound Centella asiatica and taking asiaticoside tablets on arteriovenous fistula stenosis and blood TGF-β,IL-6 and other factors in hemodialysis patients,so as to achieve the clinical prevention and treatment of arteriovenous fistula stenosis observation of efficacy.Methods 87 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups:A,B,and C.They were the control group,the pure external application of Centella Asiaticus group,the oral Asiaticoside tablets,and the external application Asian Centella Asiatica group.Group A:No treatment was performed on the internal fistula after 24 hours of dialysis.Group B:24 hours after the end of each dialysis,patients were given external application of Centella Asiatica.Group C:6-8 tablets of Asiaticoside tablets per day orally and dialysis were given a wet pack of Centella Asiatica.The above three groups received basic medical treatment.After 9 months of treatment,patients’ transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)interleukin-6(IL-6),urea clearance index(KT/V),and Changes in urea reduction rate(URR),blood flow of internal fistula,diameter of puncture site,and related complications under color Doppler ultrasound were analyzed.Results The total effective rates of clinical symptoms in treatment group B and group C were 72.4%and 75.9%,respectively,and the control group was 20.7%.The clinical efficacy of treatment group B and group C was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01);After treatment,the values of KT/V,URR,and internal fistula blood flow in groups B and C were higher than those in the control group and before this group(P<0.05).The values of βand IL-6 decreased after treatment in the control group and before this group(P<0.05).The blood TGF-β and IL-6 values in group C decreased after treatment(P<0.05);The values of the inner diameter of the distal end of the puncture point in the treatment group B and C were higher than those in the control group after treatment and before treatment in this group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the treatment group B and C was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Centella asiatica preparation can inhibit the expression of TGF-β and IL-6 in the serum of hemodialysis patients,improve the arteriovenous fistula blood flow and the diameter of the puncture point,prevent the early occurrence of internal fistula stenosis,and prevent arteriovenous fistula thrombus,blood vessels Complications such as sclerosis.The protective effect on arteriovenous fistula is effective and safe,and it is worth promoting.
