| Objective:To observe the levels of abnormal immune activation indicators such as Human Leucocyte Antigen DR Locus,CD38 and oxidized lipoprotein in AIDS patients with imcomplete immune reconstruction through clinical research,to explore their possible correlation and observe the influence of Jianpi Bushen Recipe on relevant indexes,and provide a certain clinical basis for the treatment of AIDS immune reconstruction.Methods:41 cases of continuous antiviral treatment included in the outpatient and inpatient services of Hangzhou Xixi Hospital treatment for more than 2 years,who were in accordance with the diagnosis of AIDS incomplete immune reconstruction,and the syndrome of Chinese medicine was spleen and kidney yang deficiency,divided into observation group and control group according to the patient’s intention.Treatment of observation group was Bushenfang combined with antiviral therapy,the control group was antiviral therapy,at baseline and after 12 weeks,record the test results included T lymphocyte subsets(CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells,CD4+/CD8+ratio),Detection of abnormal immune activation indicators include(CD38+CD8+ratio,HLA-DR+CD8+ratio),using Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay to detect oxidized lipoprotein(ox-HDL,ox-LDL),TCM symptom score,routine detection of blood before and after treatment Routine,liver and kidney function and blood lipids.Use spss19 software for statistical analysis of the data.Results:1.Results of lymphocyte subsetsAfter 12 weeks of treatment,the CD4+ T cell count of observation group were higher than before treatment(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group before and after treatment(p>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the groups before and after treatment(p>0.05).).There was no significant difference in CD8+T cells between the two groups before and after treatment(p>0.05).After treatment,the CD4+/CD8+ ratio in the observation group was significantly higher than before treatment(p<0.05).The CD4+/CD8+ratio in the control group had no statistically significant difference before and after treatment,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).2,CD38+ CD8+ratio,HLA-DR+CD8+ratio,oxidized lipoprotein resultsAfter treatment,the CD38+CD8+ratio,HLA-DR+CD8+ ratio,ox-HDL,and ox-LDL did not change significantly before treatment(p>0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).3.Relevance resultsSpearman correlation analysis showed that the ratio of CD38+CD8+and CD4+/CD8+had a significant correlation(p<0.05).The ratio of CD38+CD8+ratio to ox-HDL,HLA-DR+CD8+ratio to ox-HDL,HLA-DR+CD8+ratio to ox-LDL,CD38+CD8+ratio to ox-LDL,CD4+/CD8+ratio to HLA-DR+CD8+ratio had no significant correlation(p>0.05)4.Results of evaluation of therapeutic effect after treatmentThe effective rate of immune reconstruction in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.05).After treatment,the total score of symptoms and signs of both groups decreased,and the difference between the groups after treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05).The improvement of the total score of symptoms in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(p<0.05).5.Security analysisBefore and after treatment,there were no obvious abnormal changes in blood routine,liver function,kidney function and blood lipid.Conclusion:First,the use of Jianpi Bushen Recipe combined with antiviral treatment for AIDS imcomplete immune reconstruction can increase the count of CD4+T cells,maintain a stable number of CD8+T cells,increase the ratio of CD4+/CD8+,improve the efficiency of immune reconstruction,improve symptoms,and good security.Second,No correlation was found between oxidized lipoprotein levels and abnormal immune activation.Third,Jianpi Bushen Recipe combined with antiviral therapy for AIDS imcomplete immune reconstruction has no obvious effect on abnormal immune activation,and its improvement of immune reconstruction mechanism is not to suppress abnormal immune activation. |
