Parkinson Disease(PD)is a common neurodegenerative Disease, mostly occurring in elderly people. With the development of the Disease course, the lower limb motor function is damaged, which seriously affects the normal life of patients and reduces the quality of life.Research purposes:based on Parkinson’s disease for 12 weeks of health qigong exercise,to explore the health qigong effects on patients with lower limb motor function and effect,to improve the PD patients’ ability to walk, science develop improvement of Parkinson’s disease of lower limb movement function provides the theory basis for Chinese traditional exercise, reduce PD travel disorder, improve the quality of life.Research Methods:Thirty-one patients with mild and moderate PD confirmed by the Department of Neurology of Beijing Aerospace Hospital were recruited and randomly divided into the experimental group of 15 people and the control group of 16 people for 12 weeks of experimental intervention. On the basis of neurology basic medicine treatment and recording, the experimental group was added health Qigong intervention,5 times a week,60 minutes each time, including 15 minutes of warm-up before exercise,30 minutes of health Qigong exercise,15 minutes of relaxation after exercise, while the control group did not receive any other regular exercise.Gait, range of motion in the lower limbs,stand-up and walk timing, and the motor function component of the Parkinson’s Comprehensive Score Scale(UPDRS Ⅲ)were measured before intervention and 12 weeks after intervention. The test data of the two groups of patients were collected and sorted out,and repeated measurement method was used for statistical analysis, and the conclusion was drawn.Results:(1)There was an interaction between time and group of normal and high speed steps in the experimental group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of health Qigong exercise, the normal and high speed steps in the experimental group were significantly increased(P=0.018;P=0.013),and there was no significant change in the control group. There were no significant changes in normal and high speed walking frequency in the experimental group(P=0.269;P=0.171),there was no significant change in the control group. The walking speed of normal and high speed in the experimental group was significantly higher than that before exercise(P=0.045;P=0.046),there was no significant change in the control group.(2)Hip joint:flexion and extension of left and right hip joint in the experimental group had interaction in time and group(P<0.01;P<0.05),after 12 weeks of health Qigong exercise, the flexion Angle of left and right hip joints in the experimental group was significantly increased(P=0.002;P=0.001),and there was no significant change in the control group. The extension angles of left and right hip joints in the experimental group were significantly increased compared with before exercise(P=0.024;P=0.000),there was no significant change in the control group, but on the right, the post-test of the experimental group was significantly increased compared with the control group(P=0.000).Knee joint:There was an interaction between the time and group of knee flexion on the left and right sides of the experimental group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of health Qigong exercise, the Angle of knee flexion on the left and right sides of the experimental group was significantly higher than that before exercise(P=0.029;P=0.047),while there was no significant change in the control group, but the posttest of the left and right experimental groups was significantly increased compared with the control group(P=0.002;P=0.000).(3)After 12 weeks of Qigong exercise, the time spent in the stand-up and walk timing test in the experimental group was significantly reduced compared with that before exercise(P=0.047),while there was no significant change in the control group.(4)after 12 weeks of health qigong exercises, comprehensive rating scale in the third part of the movement function of the Parkinson’s disease(UPDRS Ⅲ)score in time and group interaction(P<0.05),the experimental group score more exercise before very decreased significantly(P=0.000),the control group,no obvious changes, but the experimental group after measuring the control group decreased significantly(P=0.020).Conclusion:The 12-week health Qigong exercise can improve the step length and pace of patients with mild and moderate PD,but has no significant effect on stride frequency. At the same time, the Angle of hip joint flexion and extension and the Angle of knee joint flexion were improved. The results showed that health Qigong exercise could improve the walking ability, lower limb motor function and quality of life of patients with Parkinson’s disease.
