Professor Wang Yanhui’s Application Of Qi Regulating Method In The Treatment Of Middle-late Lung Cancer

Purpose:By analyzing the medical records of 133 patients with advanced lung cancer collected clinically,summarize Professor Wang Yanhui’s experience in the treatment of middle-late lung cancer by regulating Qi method,in order to provide clinical ideas and medication reference for the diagnosis and treatment of advanced lung cancer patients.Method:This study is a retrospective investigation and research.The cases of patients with advanced lung cancer who were diagnosed and treated by Professor Wang Yanhui in the outpatient department of Yanlaifu Traditional Chinese Medicine Museum from April 2019 to January 2021 were collected and used Microsoft office Excel software and IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0.The software performs frequency statistics,frequency statistics and cluster analysis on the 133 medical records collected clinically,and summarizes the rules of Professor Wang Yanhui’s clinical medication.Result:Among the 133 patients with advanced lung cancer,male patients(86 cases)were significantly more than female patients(47 cases);patients were mainly distributed between 45-74 years old;insomnia,chest tightness,cough,limb numbness,and fatigue were intermediate and advanced lung cancer The most frequent symptom of the patient;in the statistics of tongue picture,the main tongue color is purple,light red,and light white;the tongue coating is mainly greasy coating,white coating is more than yellow coating,and thick coating is more than thin coating;pulse statistics In the middle,the pulse of the left hand is mainly Xuan mai,with thin pulses and slippery pulses;the pulse of the right hand is mainly Xuan mai,and more of the thin pulses and empty pulses.In the distribution of the patient’s syndrome elements,there are Qi stagnation,Qi deficiency.phlegm dampness,phlegm and dampness.Blood stasis is common;the drugs used more than 100 times are Poria,Pinellia,Licorice,and Achyranthes bidentata;in the classification of drugs used,phlegm and cough and asthma drugs,tonic drugs and blood stasis drugs are the most used drug categories;The four qi of the drugs used are mainly calm and warm;the five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter,and pungent;the meridians of the drugs used are concentrated in the liver,lung,and spleen;the tongue and pulse cluster analysis can be divided into three categories,the first The category is purple tongue,greasy coating,stringy left pulse,thin right pulse;the second category is red tongue,yellow coating,thick coating,sticky coating,thin coating,floating,large,slippery,empty,heavy,and numb pulse in the left hand.,The pulse of the right hand is sinking,floating,large,counting,and slippery.The third type is pale tongue,white coating,thin pulse in the left hand,and empty pulse in the right hand.Conclusion:Professor Wang Yanhui is more flexible when he treats patients with middle-late lung cancer.He pays attention to regulating qi but is not limited to the use of qi regulating drugs.He pays attention to the treatment of tangible evils such as phlegm dampness and congestion.The use of qi regulation can invigorate the spleen.Qi,regulating lung qi,soothing the liver and regulating qi,calming and reducing adverse effects are the main methods.
