ObjectiveDysmenorrhea is a chronic painful disease, which is accompanied by the onset of menstrual cycle and has different degrees of negative effects on the quality of life, physical and mental health and social activities of patients, thus causing changes in the psychological state of patients, resulting in anxiety, depression and other negative psychology which has aroused the general concern of the society. The study found that the incidence rate of primary dysmenorrhea among female college students was higher, but the knowledge and treatment rate of dysmenorrhea were lower[1].At present, the pathogenesis of primary dysmenorrhea is still unclear,Medication is the main treatment and nursing is the supplement, but the side effects of medication are great, the effect varies from person to person and is not ideal. Some studies believe that by improving the cognitive rate of patients with primary dysmenorrhea related knowledge,it can improve the compliance of health behavior, relieve dysmenorrhea, and improve the quality of life.At present,The application of self-cognition in psychological nursing is a hot topic in clinical research the positive psychological effect of self-control has also been widely studied and confirmed, while the related research on the quality of life applied to dysmenorrhea is still in its infancy. In order to reduce the incidence of dysmenorrhea patients, alleviate their pain and improve their quality of life,it is necessary to explore the situation of dysmenorrhea and its influencing factors, and further explore the influencing factors of the quality of life of dysmenorrhea patients and their self-awareness,self-control and quality of life. The relationship provides new guidance for the health promotion of dysmenorrhea patients.MethodIn this study, the quality of life,self-awareness and self-control of 780 Primary dysmenorrhea patients in**Hospital of**Province were investigated by means of questionnaires.Questionnaire mainly includes general information survey、ten-nessee Self-Concept Scale、quality of life assessment scale、self-control scale. After the survey, the data were entered into Excel table, the database was established, and the statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS23.0 software. The quality of life,self-awareness and self-control status of patients were described, statistically analyzed and tested for differences. The influencing factors of self-awareness、self-control and life quality were analyzed by variance analysis. With self-cognition and self-control as dependent variables and quality of life as independent variables, correlation analysis was conducted, and then the relationship between quality of life,self-cognition and self-control of dysmenorrhea patients was studied by stepwise regression analysis.Through amos21.0 software, latent variable path analysis was established to verify the mediating role of self-control as self-awareness and quality of life.Results1.Analysis of the status quo of self cognition, self control and quality of life of dysmenorrhea patientsThe average score of self cognition of dysmenorrhea patients in childbearing age was(205.45 ±7.90),and the scores from high to low were:Physiological self(66.41 ±2.89),psychological self(45.42±1.17),social self(38.36 ± 2.03),family self(35.25 ±1.24),moral and ethical self(20.01±1.35);the average score of quality of life was(456.75± 24.51),with scores ranging from high to low:Physiological function(65.21 ± 2.36),physiological function(62.21±2.36),social function(61.20±2.25),emotional function(58.45 ± 2.38),physical pain(56.25 ± 3.21),mental health(54.45± 2.38),energy(50.42 ± 4.26),general health(48.65±3.13);The average score of self-control was(53.79 ± 11.20),the average scores from high to low were:impulse control(16.15±2.75),healthy habit(13.36±1.32),resist temptation(8.67± 1.43),focus on work(8.23 ± 1.65)and moderate Entertainment(7.38±2.45).2.Single factor analysis of primary dysmenorrheaThe results of multivariate analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences in the scores of self cognition of dysmenorrhea patients in age, education level, economy, diet habits, mental pressure(P<0.05);there were significant differences in the scores of life quality of dysmenorrhea patients in age, economy, labor intensity, diet, sleep, emotion and mental stress(P<0.05);and there were significant differences in the scores of Age,Body Mass Index,Labor intensity, exercise, sleep habits, emotion and mental pressure on the self-control of dysmenorrhea patients(P<0.05).3.Analysis of clinical symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea. The survey found that among 780 patients with dysmenorrhea, abdominal pain accounted for86.7%,low back pain 70.7%,dizziness 33.0%.Anal bulge was 53.7%,nausea was 15.0%.With the aggravation of dysmenorrhea, the quality of life of dysmenorrhea showed a decreasing trend.T-test showed that the quality of life of patients with different degrees of dysmenorrhea was significantly different.4.Analysis of the correlation between self-perception,quality of life and self-control of dysmenorrhea patients.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation among the three variables. There was a positive correlation between self-control,quality of life and self-awareness,that is,self-awareness and all dimensions of self-control(r=0.77-0.82,P<0.01);quality of life and There was a positive correlation between the dimensions of self cognition(r=0.85-0.96,P<0.01),and between the dimensions of quality of life and self-control(r=0.83-0.94,P<0.01).5.The Evaluation of Self-control as a Mediating Variable of Self-Cognition and Quality of Life(1)Using three-step regression method, the regression equation established with self-awareness as the independent variable and self-control as the dependent variable was significant(F=17.248,P<0.001);then the regression equation established with self-control as the independent variable and quality of life as the dependent variable was significant(F=301.382,P<0.001);finally,the regression was conducted with self-awareness as the independent variable and quality of life as the dependent variable,F=20.698,P<0.001,then the regression equation is significant after introducing the intermediary variable self-control,F=155.516,P=0.012.The results and analysis show that self-control plays an intermediary role between quality of life and self cognition.(2)Latent variable path analysis was established to verify the relationship between self-awareness,self-control and quality of life of dysmenorrhea patients. The results showed that self-control played an intermediary role between self-awareness and quality of life, and it was a partial intermediary.Conclusion1.The scores of self cognition, quality of life and self-control of dysmenorrhea patients are in the middle or lower middle level, which needs to be further improved.2.Demographic factors such as age, education level, economy, diet habits, mental pressure have significant influence on the self-awareness of dysmenorrhea patients;age, economy, labor intensity, diet, sleep, emotion and mental stress have significant influence on the quality of life of dysmenorrhea patients;age, body mass index, labor intensity, exercise, sleep habits, emotion and mental pressure have significant influence on the self-control of dysmenorrhea patients.3.The most common symptoms of dysmenorrhea patients are abdominal pain, followed by low back pain, anal bloating, dizziness, and finally nausea. The worse the degree of dysmenorrhea, the lower the health-related quality of life.4.There are two correlations between patients’self-awareness and quality of life and self-control.5.Self-control,as the intermediary of self-awareness and quality of life, plays a significant role, and it is part of the intermediary.
