| Since the 21 st century,every breakthrough that originated from information technology has brought new changes to management methods,concepts and means.With the continuous deepening of medical reforms,public hospitals are shifting to a market-oriented economic system with more medical competitiveness,which requires a qualitative improvement of hospital management ability.Public hospitals realize the transformation of human resource management through informatization,which can not only improve the comprehensive management level of public hospitals,but also meet the trend and requirements of medical reform,which is conducive to the development and application of new management concepts.At present,China’s larger public hospitals have basically completed the construction of human resource management infrastructure and the initial construction of information systems,but the further deepening of informatization still faces many problems to be solved.This paper uses literature research methods,investigation research methods and theoretical analysis methods to analyze the current situation of human resource management informatization in West China Hospital,and finds that it has basically realized the data electronization and business informatization of human resource management,and carried out certain system construction and personnel training at the same time.However,there are still some problems,such as lack of systematic and hierarchical planning,uneven advancement of informatization construction,imperfect data integration and sharing,insufficient personnel training,incomplete process informatization,low utilization rate of data value,and lack of feedback information collection.Under the guidance of information literacy theory,information paradox theory,psychological contract theory,X theory and Y theory,this paper explores the reasons behind the status quo of West China Hospital,which mainly lie in the lack of understanding of human resource management informatization,insufficient human resource management system,the lack of Institutional Guidance for informatization construction,insufficient attention to business process management,and the failure to coordinate hospital informatization construction.Finally,from the correct understanding of human resource management information,perfecting human resource management system,standardize and optimize human resource management process,strengthen data integration and sharing,improve human resource management information system and other aspects,put forward countermeasures to improve the status of human resource management information.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide a certain reference for the implementation and improvement of human resource management informatization in public hospitals in China. |
