Objective: To study the changes of tumor necrosis volume and tumor overall volume during ALPPS Ⅰstage, and explore the three-dimensional measurement method. Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 34 patients with massive right liver cancer treated by ALPPS from November 2017 to August 2019 in the Department of Hepatobiliary surgery of the first affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University. There were 31 males and 3 females. All patients underwent enhanced CT before operation, and the data were transmitted to the GE-07 system as 1.0~1.5mm thin-layer image data to calculate the overall tumor size and necrosis data, collect relevant clinical data, and make a comprehensive analysis and comparison combined with classical m RESIT standards. Results:The GE system was used to calculate tumor size and necrotic volume, and the volume of tumor activity was calculated based on the overall tumor size and necrotic volume. The results showed statistically significant difference compared with M-RECIST(P<0.01).The overall size and necrotic volume of the tumor increased(P<0.05),and the active tumor tissue tended to be stable(P=0.168).Conclusion:Tumor necrosis increased during the perioperative period of ALPPS,the overall remission of tumors tended to be stable, and the tumor active volume tended to be stable.Three-dimensional measurement could be used as an evaluation method for tumor remission.
