| Objective: The prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB)indicators in the plasma of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH)were studied, and the changes of the above indicators after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and their effect on prognosis were investigated.Method: 90 patients in the acute stage of HICH who were treated in Inner Mongolia Forestry General Hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research object, and 30 healthy people who were examined at the same time were selected as the control group, and the bleeding volume group was grouped according to the bleeding volume of HICH patients when admitted to the hospital, and different bleeding groups received different treatment regimens, and the blood collection of each group of patients at different time points was tested for PT,APTT,TT,fi B levels After one month, the prognosis of HICH patients in different bleeding groups was assessed according to the Glasgow prognosis(GOS)score, and the changes of PT,APTT,TT,and FIB at different time points and their effects on THE PROGNOSIS of HICH were explored. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in the blood volume < the coagulation index at the admission time of the 30 ml group and the healthy control group(P>0.05),and the blood volume of the 30-60 ml group and the 60-90 ml group were statistically significant compared with the healthy control group(P<0.05),which was manifested as the prolongation of PT,APTT,TT,and the decrease of FIB.The difference in blood volume < the coagulation index at the admission of the 30 ml group was statistically significant compared with the bleeding amount of 30-60 ml group and the60-90 ml group(P<0.05),which was manifested as the prolongation of PT,APTT and TT in the 60-90 ml group with blood loss from 30 ml to 60 ml group and 60 ml group, the FIB decreased, and the difference between the coagulation index and the bleeding volume60-90 ml group at the time of admission was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the blood clotting indexes at various time points in the bleeding volume < 30 ml group(P>0.05),and the difference between the blood loss of the 30-60 ml group and the 60-90 ml group was statistically significant compared with the coagulation indexes in the postoperative 3 days and 7 days after surgery(P<0.05),which were manifested as prolongation of PT,TT,APTT at the time of admission,3 days after surgery, decreased FIB,decreased coagulation function, and the coagulation function decreased more significantly in 3 days after surgery than at the time of admission.By 7 days after the operation, the indicators basically returned to normal levels. There was no significant difference in coagulation indices between the patients with good prognosis and poor prognosis in different bleeding volume groups at various time points(P>0.05).Conclusion: During the acute phase of hich, the conventional coagulation indexes changed, which showed that the coagulation function decreased within a certain period of time. The specific indexes were as follows: the extension of Pt,APTT,TT,and the decrease of FIB;With the increase of blood loss, the more obvious the change of coagulation index, the more obvious the decline of coagulation function;Coagulation alone is not enough to predict the prognosis of patients. |
