Objective: In the context of "double first-class" construction,this paper analyze the current situation of research on the objectives of a pplication-oriented nursing talents in China,based on the competence structure model of local comprehensive universities for application-oriented talents,Competency Model and Knowledge 、 Skills and Attitudes theory,with the fundamental task of "establishing moral education",exploring and constructing a system of training objectives for appli cation-oriented undergraduate nursing talents in China,to clarify the requirements for the cultivation of application-oriented undergraduate nursing talents.It provides references for nursing colleges and universities in China to carry out the construction of first-class undergraduate majors,promote the reform and practice of appli cation-oriented undergraduate nursing personnel training mode and curriculum system,and effectively improve the quality of nursing personnel training.Methods: This study used the literature research method and the Delphi method in a non-experimental study.The first phase was a literature study,By searching the relevant literature in the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data and China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP Database)since the establishment of the database until May 31,2021 A total of 675 papers were screened by Note Express after de-duplication to meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria,Bicomb 2.0 and Excel 2019 were used to visualize and analyze external features such as posting times,the internal characteristics of the literature were analyzed by double clustering using g Cluto 1.0,to understand the current status and hotspots of research on application-oriented nursing personnel training in China.In the second phase,Delphi expert correspondence method was used,from July to September 2021,15 nursing education specialists and nursing profession specialists who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in five higher nursing colleges and four tertiary affiliated hospitals in three northeastern prov inces were conveniently selected as the study population.Referring to the results of the first phase of the literature study,based on the 2018 version of the National Standards for Teaching Quality in Nursing and policy documents such as "Guideline of the Ideological and Political Curriculum Construction in Higher Education" issued by the Ministry of Education,compiling the draft of expert correspondence questionnaire and carrying out two rounds of expert correspondence.Application of SPSS 26.0 and Excel 2019 for statistical analysis,calculation of indicator weights using the product method,finally,the objective system of training application-oriented undergraduate nursing talents in China in the context of "double first-class" construction is constructed.Results:(1)The results of bibliometrics analysis show ed that the number of application-oriented nursing publications in China is on the rise year by year,a total of 39 high-frequency keywords were extracted,including "practical teaching".etal,and 9 core authors,including Song Mei.etal;the results of the biclustering analysis showed that the research themes included the content of appli cation-oriented nursing talent education reform,requirements for training application-oriented nursing talents at different levels,problems in the cultivation of appli cation-oriented nursing talents,practical teaching reform for application-oriented nursing talents and application-oriented nursing talents cultivation model.Finally,combining high-frequency keywords with the analysis of typical literature within clusters,a number of knowledge keywords including "internal nursing",a number of competence keywords including "job competence" and a number of quality keywords including "craftsmanship" were extracted and included in the preparation of the first draft of the expert consultation questionnaire as important reference elements.(2)The results of the expert correspondence show that: a total of 14 experts participated and completed two rounds of correspondence;the efficiency of the first round is 93.33%,and the efficiency of the second round of correspondence questionnaire is 100%;the individual authority coefficients of the 14 experts ranged from 0.8167 to 1.0000,and the overall authority coefficient was 0.9000,all of which were greater than 0.7;the coordination coefficients of the experts in the two rounds of correspondence ranged from 0.238 to 0.600,with a significant coordination coefficient of P < 0.001.The first round of correspondence questionnaire includes 3 primary indicators,15 secondary indicators and 112 tertiary indicators.In the first round of expert correspondence,the first-level indicators were not deleted;the secondary indicator "Having knowledge of economics" has been deleted,added " Having knowledge of art" as an indicator;in the three-level indicators,14 indicators such as "Having knowledge of religion" have been deleted,adde d three indicators such as "Having knowledge of aesthetics".In the second round of expert correspondence,combined with the experts’ opinions deleted the two tertiary indicators such as "Having compassion",revised "Having end-of-life care knowledge" to "Having palliative care knowledge".The mean scores of the indicator system ranged from 3.6282 to 4.9286,all of which were greater than 3.5,the coefficients of variation ranged from 0.0563 to 1.1966,and were less than 0.2500 except for "Having knowledge of military science" and "Having knowledge of art".(3)The results of the indicator weights distribution are as follows : Weighting of primary indicators,knowledge(0.3441),competence(0.3548),literacy(0.3011);the knowledge dimension indicators of the talent cultivation target system contain 10 secondary indicators,with "Having medical knowledge" and "Having nursing knowledge "(0.0376)having the greatest weight;the competency dimension indicator contains 2 secondary indicators,with the greatest weight given to "having professional application skills(0.1787)";the literacy dimension indicator contains three secondary indicators,with the greatest weight given to "having basic literacy" and "having professional literacy"(0.1009);the three levels of indicators contain specific knowledge,ability,and literacy weights for each indicator.The overall Cronbach α for the indicator is 0.990,and the Cronbach α for each level of the indicator are 0.861,0.935,and 0.989,respectively.Conclusion:(1)The reform and practice of application-oriented nursing talents training in our country is developing continuously,and gradually receiving high attention from universities,local governments and the state.The research hotspots mainly focus on the reform of cultivation mode of application-oriented nursing talents at different levels,the reform of practice teaching of application-oriented nursing talents.etc.The objective system of training application-oriented nursing talents has begun to pay attention to the cultivation of ideological and political literacy on the basis of strengthening competence-oriented and focusing on professional literacy and humanistic literacy.It is a long-term trend to cultivate application-oriented nursing talents that meet the needs of social development,and it is a major trend to cultivate multi-level first-class application-oriented undergraduate nursing talents with comprehensive development of "knowledge-competence-literacy",which can provide reference for the reform and practice of application-oriented nursing talents cultivation in China.(2)Using the Delphi method,we finally established a ta rget system for training application-oriented undergraduate nursing talents in the context of "double first-class" construction,which includes three primary indicators such as knowledge,15 secondary indicators such as "Having knowledge of philosophy" and 97 tertiary indicators such as "Having knowledge of Marxist philosophy".The constru ction of the training goal system incorporates elements of aesthetic education and ideology and politics,which meets the requirements of cultivating talents comprehensively in the new era of moral education.The authority and representativeness of the cor respondence experts are better,and the coordination of expert opinions and the credibility of the indicators are higher.(3)The Delphi method makes the calculation of index system weights objective and scientific,and the results show that the reliabili ty of the training goal system is good.For the cultivation of application-oriented undergraduate nursing talents,the cultivation of competence is crucial,and the coordinated development of knowledge,competence and literacy is the direction of the r eform and development of application-oriented undergraduate nursing talents in the context of "double first-class" construction. |
