| Objective:Based on the theory of Korear medical health, with reference to the technical specification for the elderly in medicine and health management service establishment and implementation of community elderly Taiyin person toward the hospital health education intervention plan, clear the old Taiyin people toward medical knowledge about health and health behavior, quality of life and the influence of blood lipids,to improve the community elderly health education mode, give full play to the advantages of the medicine and the characteristic,Improving the quality of life of the elderly in the community and realizing the healthy aging of the elderly provide the research basis. Methods: The present study was a kind of experimental study with self-controlled time continuity design, and 90 elderly Taiyin person who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were conveniently selected from Park Community in Yanji city from March to December 2021.During the study period,9 cases were shed and 81 cases were completed. On the basis of routine health education in the community, the subjects were subjected to health education intervention for 3 months. The intervention methods included health lectures, wechat push, telephone follow-up and leaflets. The survey tools included general information, the TMC Health Knowledge Test, the Health Promotion Lifestyle Inventory(HPLP-C),quality of life(SF-36 Chinese version)and blood lipids.Data were collected before intervention, after intervention, and 3 months after intervention.Data were collected by three on-site questionnaires.SPSS26.0statistical software was used for statistical analysis of data.General data were described by frequency and composition ratio. The scores of each effect index were described by means, standard deviation, median and quartile spacing. Before and after intervention, the effect indexes of the subjects were compared within the group by paired T-test or non-parametric test and repeated measure analysis of variance.Test level α = 0.05.Results:(1)General information of subjects:The average age of 81 elderly people in this study was(70.89±4.94)years old, with the youngest age 65 years old and the oldest age 83 years old; There were 55 females(67.9%)and 26 males(32.1%),representing more females than males.30(37%)have high school education or above, accounting for the majority; Most of them,42(38.3%),have a monthly household income of2,000-3,999 won.(2)Comparison of awareness of health knowledge of subjects before and after intervention:The differences of the health knowledge test scores of Korean doctors before intervention(32.00(29.00,38.00)),after intervention(71.00(66.00,77.00))and3 months after intervention(77.00(71.00,83.00))were analyzed by non-parametric test Wilcoxon method. All of them had statistical significance(P<0.05).The results of repeated measurement an OVA using the transformed data were P<0.001,indicating that with the extension of intervention time, the knowledge of medical knowledge of the subjects gradually increased.(3)Comparison of health behavior scores of subjects before and after intervention: The differences between the total score of health behavior and the scores of all dimensions before, after and 3 months after intervention were statistically significant(P<0.05).The paired T-test was used for the normal distribution, and the Wilcoxon method was used for the non-parametric test for the non-normal distribution. The results of repeated measurement an OVA using the converted data showed P<0.001,indicating that the health behavior of the subjects gradually improved with the extension of intervention time.(4)Comparison of life quality scores of subjects before and after intervention: The differences of the total score of quality of life and the scores of all dimensions before, after and 3 months after intervention were statistically significant(P<0.05).The paired T-test was used for the normal distribution, and the Wilcoxon method was used for the non-parametric test for the non-normal distribution. There was no statistical significance in the scores of physical pain and social function between the three dimensions after intervention and three months after intervention(P>0.05).Because the data could not be normally converted, repeated measures an OVA could not be used.(5)Comparison of lipid levels of subjects before and after intervention: Data analysis by Wilcoxon method of non-parametric test showed statistically significant differences in blood lipid levels before and after intervention(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between intervention and 3 months after intervention(P>0.05).Anova results of repeated measures were performed using converted data.P<0.001,suggesting that with the passage of intervention time, blood lipid levels can be improved, conducive to health recovery.Conclusion:(1)Based on the theory of physical fitness of TCM and referring to the Technical Specifications for Medical And Health Management Services for the Elderly, compile and implement the intervention program of TCM health education for elderly taiyin people in community, with the help of multimedia information technology,The intervention program of Korean medicine health education carried out in various forms can effectively improve the knowledge of Korean medicine health, health behavior, quality of life and improve blood lipid level of elderly taiyin people.(2)When he worked in community elderly health management should be combined with the specific situation of the ethnic minority areas, will be with characteristic of traditional culture, loved by the masses of elderly with diet, modern, living, sports, health care technology, the medical health care content into health education effectively, based on the medical constitution identification results, depending on the type of patients in medical physical characteristics,Combined with the characteristics and acceptance capacity of the elderly, the mobile Internet platform is fully utilized to carry out targeted health education in the form of online and offline diversification, which has ensured the effectiveness of intervention and effectively improved the elderly’s health knowledge, trust and practice level, thus improving the quality of life. |
