| Objective:Evaluate the efficacy and safety of Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid in the treatment of ulcerative wounds of bacterial Diabetic foot(DF)ulcers treated with Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid.It is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid in treating bacterial bacterial resistance to DF.Methods: From December 2020 to December 2021,60 patients with DF damp heat and toxin type of bacterial resistance hospitalized in the Department of peripheral vascular diseases of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine and meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment,the treatment group was soaked with compound Phellodendron solution for 20 minutes and covered with compound Phellodendron solution coating gauze for routine dressing;In the control group,calcium silver alginate fiber dressing was applied to the wound surface and then bandaged routinely;Change the dressing once a day,14 days as a treatment cycle.Curative effect index(wound healing rate,quantitative score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,infection control time,infection control rate,number of drug-resistant bacteria and amputation rate)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the curative effect of wound and quantitative score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome were evaluated,The clinical data of the two groups were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 statistical software for statistical analysis and draw the test conclusion.results: 1.one General epidemiological characteristics In this study,there was no significant difference in gender,age,glycosylated hemoglobin and ankle brachial index between Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid group and calcium silver alginate fiber dressing group(P>0.05).The baseline of the two groups was the same,which proved that this test was comparable.2.Efficacy index(1)After 14 days of treatment,there was significant difference in wound healing rate between Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid group and calcium silver alginate fiber dressing group(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in the total score of TCM syndrome quantitative score between the Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid group and the calcium silver alginate fiber dressing group on the 0 and 7 days of treatment(P >0.05);There was significant difference in the total score of quantitative score of TCM syndrome between the two groups on the 14 th day of treatment(P < 0.05);There was significant difference in the reduction rate of quantitative score of TCM syndrome between the two groups after 14 days of treatment(P<0.05).(3)On the 14 th day of treatment,there was significant difference in infection control time between Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid group and calcium silver alginate fiber dressing group(P <0.05);There was no significant difference in infection control rate between the two groups(P>0.05),but Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid group was better than calcium silver alginate fiber dressing group.(4)After treatment,the number of drug-resistant bacteria in the Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid coating group was generally less than that in the calcium silver alginate fiber dressing group,but there was no significant difference between the Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid coating group and the calcium silver alginate fiber dressing group on the 0、7and 14 days of treatment(P>0.05).(5)Wound area efficacy:the total effective rate was 93.33% in the Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid group and 86.67% in the calcium silver alginate fiber dressing group(P<0.05).(6)The total score of quantitative score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of wound is about curative effect:the total effective rate was 90% in the Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid group and 76.67% in the calcium silver alginate fiber dressing group(P<0.05).3.Safety index There was no abnormai inciease of safety indexes in both groups after treatment.Conclusion: The curative effect of Compound Cortex Phellodendri liquid on reducing wound area,improving traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and shortening infection control time was significantly better than that of calcium alginate silver fiber dressing;The curative effect of bacterial infection resistant diabetic foot wound infection control rate is slightly better than that of calcium alginate silver fiber dressing,and has high safety.It provides a more effective treatment for the clinical treatment of bacterial resistant diabetic foot ulcer wounds. |
