| Objective: The purpose of this project is to explore the pathogenesis of tension-type headache from the perspective of "Yang deficiency and cold, and the context is tense",and to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhuye Decoction in the treatment of tension-type headache."Jingui Yaolue" Zhuye Decoction in the treatment of tension-type headache with yang-deficiency-cold coagulation syndrome provides clinical evidence support and broadens the thinking of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of tension-type headache. Methods: A randomized controlled trial method was used to collect 63 patients with tension-type headache who met the inclusion criteria from November 2020 to June 2021 in the Department of Encephalopathy,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and were randomly divided into treatment group and The control group,31 people in the treatment group, were treated with "Jingui Yaolue" Zhuye Decoction, and 32 people in the control group were treated with eperisone hydrochloride tablets(Miao Na),and the treatment cycle was 4 weeks. The TCM syndrome scores, duration of headache attacks, monthly frequency of headache attacks, and visual analogue scale scores before and after treatment were observed in the two groups of patients.SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical data analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results: 1.The comparison of baseline data(sex, age, course of disease),headache duration before treatment, monthly headache frequency,TCM syndrome score, visual analog score and TCM single syndrome score between the two groups of cases showed no significant difference.Statistical difference(P>0.05).2.In the comparison between the two groups, after 4 weeks of treatment in the two groups, the improvement of the four research indicators of headache duration, monthly headache attack frequency,TCM syndrome score, and visual analog score in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. There was statistical significance(P<0.05).3.In the intra-group comparison, the research indicators such as headache duration, monthly headache attack frequency,TCM syndrome score, visual analog score and TCM single syndrome score were improved after 4 weeks of treatment in the two groups compared with before treatment, the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving symptoms such as head pain, stiff neck, chills, cold limbs, dizziness, soreness of waist and knees, nervousness and fear; There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.In terms of the total effective rate of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group(83.87%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(53.13%),and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).5.There were no obvious adverse reactions such as nausea, dizziness and fatigue during and after taking the medicine, indicating that the prescriptions used in this research have high safety. Conclusion: "Jingui Yaolue" Zhuye Decoction can effectively improve the duration and frequency of attacks of tension-type headache with Yang-deficiency-cold coagulation syndrome, and relieve the symptoms of psychosomatic discomfort in patients, and there are no obvious adverse reactions and toxic side effects in this prescription, which is worthy of further study.Research and promotion applications. |
