Clinical Study Of Tongfu Huazhuo Kaiqiao Method On Phlegm-heat Fu-organs Excess Syndrome In Acute Stage Of Ischemic Stroke

Objective: To treat phlegm-heat fu-organs syndrome in acute stage of ischemic stroke by Tongfu Huazhuo Kaiqiao Method,observe and evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect,and preliminarily explore its mechanism,so as to provide more diagnosis and treatment ideas for the treatment of acute stage of ischemic stroke.Methods: 60 cases of acute ischemic stroke were selected,all of which were hospitalized in the department of encephalopathy,affiliated hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine western medicine treatment such as anti-platelet,regulating blood pressure,reducing blood lipid and stabilizing plaque,improving cerebrovascular circulation,neuroprotection,and the complications were treated according to the specific situation.The experimental group selected modified gardenia dahuang decoction,and used the therapy of Tongfu Huazhuo Kaiqiao Method to remove turbidity and inducing resuscitation to regulate treatment for 14 days.After the course of treatment,the laboratory indexes of serum cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),Creactive protein(hs-CRP),homocysteine(Hcy),as well as the scores of stroke diseases and TCM symptoms were observed before and after treatment.SPSS 25.0 software was used to analyze the data,and the results were summarized.Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(93.33% VS 86.67%)(P<0.01).After treatment,the difference of hs-CRP level between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the improvement in the experimental group was superior to that in the control group.Statistically significant difference was found in TCM symptom scores after treatment between the two groups(P<0.01).The differences of these indexes in stroke diagnosis score,NIHSS score,Barthel score,and m RS score were statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement degree of TCM symptoms in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,and all the scores were significantly improved.Conclusion: In the treatment of phlegm-heat fu-organs excess syndrome in the acute stage of ischemic stroke,the Tongfu Huazhuo Kaiqiao Method can obtain good clinical curative effect,which is manifested as improving the clinical symptoms of patients to a certain extent and promoting the recovery of neurological function.The treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has prominent curative effect,which is of great significance to improve the prognosis of patients.
