Clinical Observation On Healing Of Perianal Abscess With Fiery Poison By Adding Huaziye Decoction Sitting Bath

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of adding Huaziye Decoction for sit-bath on postoperative wound healing of patients with low perianal abscess of fiery poison.Methods: 80 patients with low perianal abscess(fiery poison type)were randomly divided into two groups: adding Huaziye Decoction group and Kushen Decoction group,with 40 cases in each group.Since the second day after surgery,the experimental group was given adding Huaziye Decoction and the control group was given Kushen Decoction,use these sitting bath and fumigating the wound surface before dressing change every day,and the rest treatment were treated with the same conventional way.Wound secretion,pain,wound area and other conditions were observed regularly during dressing change in the two groups,the scores and efficacy were recorded and evaluated according to the observation indicators.Blood samples were taken from all subjects on the 1st and 7th day after surgery,and the values of transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were detected and recorded.Finally,all data collected from the two groups were collated and statistically analyzed.Results: This study selected 80 cases of patients,One patient in group Kushen Decoction failed to take medicine on time due to poor compliance in the later stage,so the case fell out,the remaining 79 patients are able to comply with medication.before the treatment,the patient’s gender,age,course of the disease and postoperative wound area is compared between the experimental group and the control group.the analysis results show all P >0.05,The difference was not statistically significant,indicating comparability.Prior to drug therapy in this study,there were no statistical differences in postoperative secretion,pain score,wound area and laboratory indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After drug treatment in this study,the clinical effective rate of both groups was 100%,with no statistical difference.The experimental group was better than the control group in reducing wound secretion and postoperative wound area(P<0.05).For the improvement of postoperative wound pain,the experimental group was not better than the control group(P<0.05);In the comparison of CRP and TGF-β in blood of the two groups on day 7,the indexes of both groups were improved and the experimental group was better,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Adding Huaziye Decoction has a positive effect on reducing the production of wound exudate,promoting the increase of growth factors in blood,reducing inflammatory response and accelerating healing in patients with perianal abscess.2.There were no obvious adverse reactions in this clinical observation experiment,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
