Clinical Observation Of Xianling Gubao Capsule And Platelet-rich Plasma In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis In The Early And Middle Stages

Objective: To observe the efficacy of Xianling Gubao capsule combined with platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA),and provide effective evidence for the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis in early and middle stage.Methods:All the patients were treated in Weihai Central Hospital.The method was clinical efficacy observation.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,90 eligible patients were screened out and divided into three groups according to the randomization principle,including 30 cases in the TCM treatment group,30 cases in the PRP treatment group,and 30 cases in the TCM +PRP combined treatment group.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and KNEE osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)score were observed before and after treatment,and observation data were collected.Finally,the data were summarized,and SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.P <0.05 was statistically significant.Results: In this study,85 cases were effective and 5 cases were detached.The statistical results showed as follows:(1)There was no statistical significance in gender,age,course of disease,BMI,K-L grade and other general information among all groups(P >0.05),indicating comparability.(2)There was no statistical difference in preoperative VAS score among all treatment groups(P >0.05),but the difference increased after treatment.After one month of treatment,there was statistical difference between the combined treatment group and other treatment groups(P <0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine treatment group and PRP treatment group(P >0.05).There were statistically significant differences among all groups at 3 and 6 months of treatment(P <0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in the WOMAC score among the treatment groups before surgery(P >0.05),but the value decreased significantly after treatment.There was significant difference between the combined treatment group and other treatment groups after one month and three months of treatment(P <0.05),and there was no significant difference between the Chinese medicine treatment group and PRP treatment group(P >0.05).After 6 months of treatment,there were statistically significant differences among all groups(P <0.05).(4)In terms of clinical efficacy evaluation,the overall effective rate was 82% in the oral Xianling Gubao capsule group,86% in the single PRP joint cavity injection group,and 92% in the oral Xianling Gubao capsule combined with PRP group after six months of treatment.Conclusion: Xianling Gubao Capsule and platelet-rich plasma have good effects on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in early and middle stage,which can relieve patients’ pain and improve joint function.The combination of the two can achieve more significant efficacy.Organic combination of Chinese patent medicine and western medicine is feasible in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in early and middle stage,and has good clinical promotion value.
